I always enjoy your videos I would try all of that except for the conji only because I am leery of it since it has a thousand year old egg not to sure on that part.

Had the goose at Kam’s last year...it was soooo good. You did a good job at describing the experience. Felt like I could almost taste the food again. I don’t think the second place is a Michelin Star...just recommended.

I agree with Kam’s being REALLY GOOD goose. I also tried Yat Lok and Kam’s tasted better to me.
Been to both places. Can attest, the food is amazing!!. Really miss the roast goose now. Darn. So tasty!!! The wonton noodle soup, and the pai don sou yook jook, amazing!! It's depressing to think about it.
