A lifelong Sabbath fan since the mid-70’s and this song has stopped me in my tracks. So damn good! Hats off to the true metal gods! Their many singers have all been great, but Ozzy IS Black Sabbath. I need to spend more time with “13”!

keith parkhill Why not bring back Bill Ward. He's the perfect drummer. However, if not him, Vinny Appice. Vinny Appice rocks and he did great work on prior Sabbath/Heaven and Hell albums. That Rage Against the Machine drummer sucked. His playing brought nothing to 13.
Damn!! Iommi and his amazingly deep tone in all his music! Definitely a fav of all time!
It just amazes me how much influence these guys had on the metal community as a whole! Top notch band with timeless music!

I was at that show too, the drum solos right before Iron Man were amazing! Sooo gald I actually got to see them.
Being old enough to remember when Black Sabbath was new to the scene, it is truly a pleasure see that this old man is still capable of belting one right out of the park!. Directly from the vein that is, and has always been (to me), rock and roll. After nearly 50 years its nothing short of remarkable.

This band is honestly the funniest thing ive ever seen, first you notice Geezer Butler, who looks fucking awesome with that beard, he looks like the young grandpa that would teach you how to hold a gun. Then you got ozzy, who looks like an semi old lady without wrinkles, and finally, you got Grandma Iommi

BS is awesome! amazing they were able to made a new classic song and a classic album, again! The drummer here, I don't know him, but he's great playing the Brad Wilk's recordings! I can not die without watching Black Sabbath live.
Black Sabbath might be releasing their last album and they might do their last tour in 2015. Right now they are my favorite band so I'm definitely seeing them if they tour \m/

I have been a sabbath fan since 81, I really don't think there has ever been a band so central and crucial to the development of a musical genre as Black Sabbath and Heavy Metal, their first four recordings presage the entire lifespan of the musical movement. The Beatles may have had more success in their time, but they followed trends and did not innovate them. Thank you Ozzy, Toni, Geezer and Bill for a lifetime of music.

I don't think Bill Ward is a possibility because of the way Ozzy has publicly slagged the guy off and trashed their relationship... Judging by the way he is playing in the videos that have been posted recently of him rehearsing with his new band and playing at the Rock and Rock fantasy camp he is certainly playing fine and would have been up to doing an album, even if he is too old and unfit for touring.

Best track by far on the album, and the best song they have made in their current state. If all of their later songs were as good as this, the albums that were made in their later years would be touted as great as the earlier ones.
