Also, I'd like to give credit to her facial expressions throughout the song. That expressive emotion she shows mirrors the emotion of the song very well throughout.
It's an interesting aspect of Frollo's character: his faith is weak. He claims to follow God but then blames God for "making the devil stronger," forgetting that, according to the Bible, that's not true. Even Cain was told that he could have master over sin, and he didn't have to give in to his anger.
I truly agree that the line with "stronger than I am" is great and fits the female-version very well but for the original the line "better than a man" fits quite well too because regarding Frollo's character I feel like he wouldn't actually blame himself. He still thinks of himself as strong, righteous and strong so it would make sense for him to blame it on someone else.
What I love the most about this video, appart from an amazing voice and lyrics, is that she payed attention to the details, his face expressions, his feelings, his movements even his numerous rings on fingers. Amazing!

What an excellent cover of this song! Just found 5 minutes ago. One small thing among the amazing things you did in the song was the choice to use the word "warlock" instead of "wizard". One because warlock I believe is the male term for witch (i think lol). somehow this adds a different layer of desperation and confusion. like, I love the concept of a lesbian frollo, mainly because of the time period and the ideologies of the Catholic church. but this version also caught the essence of being female in the time period. it was concidered sinful and wrong for a woman to feel sexual desire, and you definitely played on it well. good job

What an excellent cover of this song! Just found 5 minutes ago. One small thing among the amazing things you did in the song was the choice to use the word "warlock" instead of "wizard". One because warlock I believe is the male term for witch (i think lol). Two because it shows just how deranged frollo has become, thinking that Esmereldo is a demonic creature sent by the devil to test her. Beautiful cover, thank you.
