I wonder why Mazda chose an odd displacement. I think a 3.0 I6 would have been the better choice (500cc/cylinder) for balance. Then, they could use it naturally displaced or equipped with a twin scroll turbocharger.
Can't believe one of the deciding factors for purchasing my future car is whether or not it has buttons or capacitive touch bs. Well done Mazda for sticking to buttons.
Even Ferrari now is lost with capacitive touch bs and it is a 400k plus car Both Purosangue or 296 GTB even does not have a physical START button :-( Mazda is better than the Ferrari one would say :-)
Your are not alone. It is a deciding factor for me too. The Auto industry seems to have thrown away decades of UI/UX experience in favor of touch and gesture control.
I own a AWD Inline6 diesel after trading in the very poor PHEV model. The engine is a masterpiece. This is the engine the car was supposed to have, and it makes the CX60 absolutely sublime.
If you don't mind me asking, what was wrong with the PHEV model? I was heavily considering the CX70 PHEV based on what I've seen with the CX60 and CX90.
Guys theres loads of comments about it on various Mazda and CX60 forums..poor range, jerky gearbox, pathetic raspy strangled naturally aspirated 4cylinder engine so when the battery is low at high speeds its useless, uses all its battery in the first portion of a trip so for the rest of it your down to engine mpg, which drops drastically when it self recharges , it becomes confused on whether to use battery or engine when pulling away which can be scary at times, cost of electricity to charge in the UK at the moment makes it more expensive than petrol for the range obtained etc. i could go on but the info is out there!
@@ChronicallyMichael dang, hopefully they improve upon it via software. I'm in the US and there haven't even been first drive reviews of the CX70 or CX90, let alone customer deliveries, so very little info available.
@@The_Stanman This was the new software :) the initial software was worse, and boy the suspension is terrible for the weight of the car. You feel everything and when going on big bumps the weight of the batteries pulls the car down so it goes right up your spine - There was an optional courtesy suspension change which helped, but it just wasn't enough for me at this price point. The diesel runs much better on its suspension than the PHEV (as the reviewer also comments on in the video) - they really needed to employ better shock absorber design on the car imo
I’m very impressed with the fuel economy. I have been driving MB GLB200d 4matic for one summer (not my own car) and the consumption was always around 6l/100km. I mostly drove long distance on the highway so I was expecting better. Mazda 3.3 inline 6 has over 100hp more and it’s in a bigger vehicle, yet the fuel economy is significantly better. Despite the engine size. Amazing!!
Agreed, it’s ironic how Mazda increased engine capacity but managed to get better fuel economy than most 4 cylinder diesel engines. And I heard that Mazda’s financial performance is quite good recently from its new large products.
Thomas this car is INSANE it looks so beautiful... What Mazda is doing is impressive! Cant wait for the future they are finally coming with faster cars tooo love it.
Just bought the cx60 inline 6 with 5000 km. Was considering q5, mercedes, volvo, bmw, but the mazda was the best quality/price/reliability and guarantee suggestion. Love the styling too.
Every thought I had about capacitive buttons or the fake exhausts, Thomas just said before I could say it myself. I'd have him review my daily routine if possible, he just catches all the details. Thanks again!
I'm in the same situation in 2 or so years. X1 no idrive is a fail. Incoming Countryman same size as new X1 but again will be touchscreen rubbish. This Mazda could be the alternative to a BMW. Even a BMW boss said touchscreens will go as too dangerous and could be banned, won't that be interesting!

I have written most of what I wanted to say about the CX60 against other reviews of the car on Autogefuhl. What might be useful is an update on my experience so far after nearly three weeks since taking delivery of the PHEV version. Firstly, I owe Thomas an apology as the PHEV version really does test the suspension set up. The additional weight of all the electrical gear does mean this is not a car you want to hustle on narrow twisty roads, but is fine if you take a more relaxed approach. On good sweeping fast roads it is a fun drive, as Brian reported on his test in Turkey. If you want to spend the extra €20,000 on the German competition it will be for the adaptive suspension and rear wheel steering. One surprise is just how much use I am getting out of the PHEV Electric drive. My journey pattern has settled down to what I do for at least 80% of journeys which are in a radius of 5-15 miles. I am getting MPG (UK) on cumulative mileage since the car was born of >75 mpg and . This will fall back when I take on the occasional longer journey with a radius of 40-150 miles. On luxury in the inside and usability, I find it superior to at least the Audi and Mercedes competition where I so dislike the UI/UX decisions. As just a personal view, I find it equal to BMW with some bits better, some worse. In our family the comparator would be something from Landrover, probably a Discovery Sport. On that comparison the build quality of the Mazda is much better, the interior and UI/UX is better, but the serious off road is not as good.
I got my cx60 2024 model (3.3L e-skyactiv G version) last week here in Dubai UAE. So far I’m extremely happy with the car. The transmission is so smooth, absolutely nothing abnormal noted so far. The car is very comfortable and the engine noise is just amazing! Face recognition and safety e features (lane assistance and dynamic cruze control) are some of the high technology features in this car in my view. I’m wondering the issues listed here doesn’t apply to my model (ps: mine is the mild hybrid version).
The last weekend, I was at the Supercharger and taking a coffe in the Hotel Camiral and Wellnes. Then, I saw a lot of Mazda, and they told me, the were going to do a press test. Greetings from Barcelona !!
Software recall I took the CX60 in for its software recall. The dealer was very efficient and when I came back for it it had all been handled plus a free check over of other vitals. Putting so much into software does help when things go wrong or need to be changed. While the update was being done I was given a courtesy Peugeot 208 E GT. I was pleasantly surprised by it. If you accept it is a small “warm” hatch it is a good drive at the speeds you can get to between the main dealer in Leominster and Tenbury Wells in the UK. I would find it a perfectly useful second small car. Today we had one of the longer journeys to a family wedding up the A49 to the West of Shrewsbury. The A49 is a well surfaced (for the UK) main road going through some of the Shropshire hills with sweeping corners and pleasing straights. We were lucky to have light traffic. Most of the journey was done in sports mode to preserve the battery charge. I would guess this is exactly the sort of drive for which the CX60 PHEV has been engineered because it was relaxing and fun even in full finery for going to a wedding. Everything just worked unobtrusively and in comfort.
Nice to see Mazda getting closer to their roots and heritage. Born in the craftsmanship capital of the world, Mazda was meant to be a precision, artisan product. The underdog history and brand portfolio of Mazda is fascinating, so much so, I would want one even just for their story.
Another great review from the German car master reviewer, so his input is always the basis for most future buyer for this car. Hoping Mazda is listening so as to improve some of the small details that Thomas is constructively criticizing and comparing to most competitor so when the next iteration or upgrade is made, this car will improve and almost be perfect for the consumer. Welldone Thomas.😂😂
I recently switched from a Mercedes E350D AMG Line Premium Plus to a Mazda CX60 Homura PHEV with Convienience and Driver Assist Pack saving myself £12,000 compared to the equivalent BMW, Audi or Mercedes PHEV SUV. I consider the CX60 superior in many respects. My fuel economy is now incredible, but one does need to work out how to get the best from the Mi-Drive system, spending longer in EV mode than most former diesel drivers probably imagine. Also lowering the regenetative recharge battery capacity target. Early models did have a few flaws (according to the reviews), but having purchased mine a year after its European launch I have not experienced them, so Mazda seem to have ironed them out in later production. I love it and glad I switched from Mercedes.
@@sleepyjoescumbag1663 Which is better than a BMW, Audi and Merc. Japanese rules. Tennoheika banzai. I'd rather give my money and support to a traditional conservative Japanese manufacturer than to give it to any woke "green" virtual signalling German manufacturer.
Nice review, extremely critical to detail and most aspects that will be a non issue for most buyers . I just hope you can be even more critical with a BMW or Mercedes as those cost is 20% higher .... I have spend a week with a X3M40i and I could pick a lot of little imperfections , from brakes, steering , ergonomics, chasis tune , etc so I guess Mazda is also premium , super close or better in many ways .... 😉 Regards
Great review. Subscribed! I have never heard any reviewer talking about panel gaps. That's what's called a detailed review. In an era where everything is digitalized, I like how Mazda has treated their vehicles.. the silver round instrument cluster is my all time favourite design and as a car enthusiast, I prefer analogue style of the cluster (seen in other Mazda models). Pretty classy and neat interior from Mazda. Not tacky. The head and tail light designs are appealing. My next car would be a Mazda if they keep it classy and neat!❤️😍🤌😘
@autogefuehl I recommend you all the time. I think the whole of London knows u because of my Big mouth 👌🏻 we love you here in the UK 👌🏻 U are what we call in England a Top Man👍
Amazing review as always! I have driven the PHEV CX-60 and I was amazed. It wasn't perfect but for the money, it's an astonishing value for money. I would definitely pick a CX-60 over the traditional premium because it's different and we gotta admit that Mazda really nailed their first try to really step up their game.
An excellent and informative review. You answered exactly all the questions I had and in great technical detail. Thanks for all your time taken to make this.
Keen to see the X3 vs CX-60 comparison video. I think Mazda can present a real challenge to the German brands. In Australia, BMW X3 costs 20k more than Mazda CX-60 without Bose sound system/ HUD/Panoramic sunroof.. not even mentioning the high cost of maintenance, repair and terrible resale value of X3.
I am a great fan of Japanese cars. But I have driven many BMW - 3, 5, X2, X3, X5... Recently I have tested the new Mazda CX-60 - perfect engine, I am impressed. The interior is great, too. But, when compared to BMW, the handling of Mazda is a real disappointment. The suspension is made for some other car, it looks like they took something from other model and put it here - the result is unbalanced car.
It would be great if you could focus on which engine you're driving in the video title, or earlier in the video. With the range of engines available across the CX60 range it's better to be clear that this driving review is for the diesel, rather than just stating '6 cyl AWD'. Fantastic content overall, looking forward to a back-to-back comparison of the entire engine range!
Mazda of course....having natural steering feedback+haptic feedback buttons++reliability which all rivals basically lack in addition to interior on the same premium level....so it is basically the winning formula especially considering the price difference (I would even choose if there were no price advantage)....The germans fucked up big time with all these Bs touch screens, dead steering and laughable reliability !
Spot on. I bought the Petrol Turbo which I pick up in 2 weeks. Imagine when Stage 2 turbo kits become available and these things are capable of pulling 10's on the 1/4mile 😂. In line 6 with a 3.3l displacement makes this engine very strong. People think buying a (basic) German is the better value proposition... My mate works at BMW and said, avoid the X3 and X5 at all cost. Very happy with my decision.
@@phill5816 Yes the germans are basically riding on their reliability reputation wave they built in the 20th century...but sooner than later this wave will collapse ....You can't be making cars with laughable reliability deliberately (along with other cost saving measures like capacitive buttons bs) and getting away with it ...there is a price that must and will be paid !!
I highly appreciate your eye and ear for details, Thomas! Assuming that the NORTVI suitcase in the rear of the CX-60 is yours, I hope you are enjoying my design, and I'm happy it got appreciated and purchased by critical eyes like you 🙂
4:54 so true, i thought only my Gen 4 Mazda 3 is equipped with the overpowered window motor at the front. It turns out this is also equipped in the more premium cx-60/90
Thomas, thanks for another thorough review (love the bloopers at the end - well and all of the humor). We do not have the CX-70 in the US yet and I have wondered about that car. To answer your question, I think I would cough up the extra money for an Audi. I do like the Mazda reliability for the long term, and I am very happy they now have a few more 'premium' cars. But I am still shopping for now.
I went to look at some as a previous Audi and BMW owner to just to get a feel for them. The dealership for starters was of course very bouuj. I was greeted by a sales “pair” at the entrance and was offered an espresso, cappuccino, Mazda branded water that looked like Vose bottles lol, and a Mazda tote bag with a little heritage pamphlet and a few accessories. Pleasant indeed. After talking and looking around, they took me to the “Mazda experience center” where I had a small private screening room to view the engineering process, design philosophy, motorsports history, etc. I was thinking in my head “how are they able to afford this type of experience for customers?” I never really believed how cheap they were supposedly selling those vehicles and in my area at least, I was right in my thinking. A mid to lower range trim CX50 was listed at $46k! And a more basic looking 3 was listed at $38k! I’ve also heard that yea, they are very reliable, but if you don’t treat them right aka, regular servicing at Mazda certified centers only, premium fuel for even the NA skyactiv engines, and letting the engines warm properly, the costs are wayyyy more to fix than a regular eco brand. My buddy pays around $166 for regular oil changes also. So was I a fool to believe I could get away with a more cost effective premium vehicle? Yessss. Could be different in other areas but this is what I got in Houston and what I saw online for CA and FL Mazda dealers. Now, I’ve only ever bought the tad bit more pricey cars like BMW, Audi, and Cadillac, so I’d consider Mazda in the future, but I’m gonna see if I can find a cheaper one somewhere else- maybe used. My 2019 X3 was $46k and a similar Mazda I was looking at, only about a trim option down, was $41k. I like the way they looked and drove so I might get one, probably a CX70 but not without looking at smaller Audis or Beemers first.
Great review as always. I think Mazda would say they compete against "premium" cars like Acura and Lexus, but not "luxury" cars such as Audi, BMW, and Mercedes. I think the exterior and interior designs are much, much better than Acura or Lexus or even Audi, but still slightly behind BMW and Mercedes. The new powertrain is very competitive to BMW and Mercedes at a lower price point. I think I might I'd be willing to lay out some serious coin for the North American CX 70. Thanks Thomas and company!
Very good review, the new CX60 is an excelent vehicle and a big step foward to the premium segment. But the fact that they decided to only offer it with very big engines means that in my country, we have to pay so much in taxes that at the end of the day it costs only 5k€ less than an equivalent X3/GLC. Sad because it looks very cool, but for that price, id rather go for the german SUVs.
I love Mazdas 🤗. If I bought a new model..CX-5, 3, CX-50...the quintessential question; turbo or not? The turbo trims add significantly to price. My '17 Mazda 3 is light and is swift with the NA 2.5L.
Great review, enough to persuade me to seriously consider as my long term vehicle. I have a question , does it have paddle shifts behind the steering wheel?
I test drove the CX-60 here in Munich, currently drive a Cupra Formentor in the lease. I found the seats of the CX-60 to be quite disappointing, definitely not on the level of Audi/Mercedes, especially due to the seam in the middle, which I could feel (very strange design decision). The Cupra sport seats (basic VW MQB Sport seat) are more comfortable (for me at least, 1.81m). For long distances (Langstrecke hehe) very important I think.
5:20 This design flaw/issue should be talked about more. Me and my friends went to a showroom to look at the CX-60 and every single one of us bumped our knee on that stupid vent. Worst is it's pointy so it really hurts. If you enter the vehicle feet first and forgot about that vent you definitely will hit that.
Further update. My cumulative MPG (UK) is > 76 and went as high as 85 before I did a couple of journeys in sport mode. Not bad for 2.5 tonnes. The MPG result is entirely a reflection of my journey patterns but does show why a PHEV has a place until there are enough charging points for full EVs. Comfort and luxury really is all I need. For instance I do not need a rear wide screen drop down display and other excesses presently on the market. The car has just been subject to a recall which is due to be fixed in about a week. It is to do with software for the main driver display, so pretty fundamental. Given so much is now tied up in software nowadays, this is unwelcome but to be expected. At least the recall can be fixed online but still has to go back to the dealer, so half a day out of the window. It is now absolutely clear to me that any EV only really works if you can fill up with lec at home, which I have been able to. It also helps if you have your own renewable lec, which I do. Most country or suburban dwellers can probably manage this with a bit of investment. All city dwellers in apartments are likely to have real problems filling up, and filling up at a reasonable lec price. In this context some form of hybrid EV looks sensible for at another five years - at least in the UK.
In my W124 and X204 with mbtex, there is no so much bolstering and it works well for me over very long distances. In cars with tight bolstering and fabric, by comparison, my lower spine aches horribly in no time by being pulled into turns without any give.
You guys always have exclusive videos and I was really looking foward to your thoughts on the new Ford Explorer. I am surprised that you haven’t said nothing about it?!?
Yap. That’s what I think as well. Ford told me they only wanted print media and EV influencers on location. Nevertheless i ll keep digging and try to bring it to you as soon as possible.
As an American waiting for the 2024 CX-70, I think this video review has me almost sealing the deal on the inline-6 CX-70 model instead of the PHEV model. 👍
Mazda changed the suspension and improved the software for the automatic transmission, so it is now very smooth and a softer ride than before I was wondering if you had tried it since these changes have been implemented?
3 Month update I watched this review again before writing these comments. I am just back from a short drive Tenbury Wells and back again and thought about the review as I went. The interior and UI are exactly as I like it with the right blend of physical buttons and unobtrusive tech which just works. I agree the seats are a little old fashioned and certainly not sporty but in practice I do not miss the greater embrace I might get in a sports car. The steering is very direct and in terms of weight and resistance reminds of cars I drove in the 1980s, which BTW is a complement. I do not like light power assisted steering. I have the PHEV version and there is simply no disguising its weight when you try to throw it around, and the best strategy is to avoid throwing it around. However the PHEV does have a reasonable turn of speed when you need it. The effect is something which is premium enough for me. The bit which is interesting is the PHEV part of it. I do journeys in a maximum radius of about 40 miles with the occasional 300 mile round trip. At the moment I really am doing most of my mileage on electric which results in an MPG since birth of 81 as of writing up from the mid 70s a couple of months back. Another way of putting it is I am hard pressed to add half a tank of fuel each month. While we all wait for the charging network to get to something you can rely on, PHEVs really do seem to have a useful role to play. Maybe my next one will be fully electric, but not yet. An agonising decision for a third car in our two person household - a small runabout - is whether to go fully electric or another PHEV; a choice between Mazda MX30 R EV or Mini electric. For reference the third car is a Landrover Discovery Sport which does winter towing of a couple of horses and proper off road.
Thanks for the review Thomas.I really enjoied the entire content. Looking forward for the petrol version review. Would like to hear your comment if you have to buy a new car nowadays what will be the main reason to choose a diesel one? Thank you.
Unfortunately, according to Mazda dealers in the US, the Skyactive-X won't be offered in the US. I was interested in seeing the fuel economy of that engine. Also, I am going to assume that when the CX70 comes to the US, many of the same oddities of the CX90 will come with it. I would like to have coded wheel arches, without having to purchase the most expensive trims. Also, not a fan of the cloth covered dashboard.
Great review, thanks! I consider this as my new car along with GLC and maybe X3 (there I am not sure whether I am willing to pay premium price for a "six years old new car"). I wonder what is the level of driving assitants and technology compared to Germans in this new Mazda? Build quality is nice, however what about matrix LED, is it comparable to the Germans or not? What about adaptive cruise control? Is it nice and smooth or does it go full throttle and breaks hard when you get close or can it predict and slowly decelerate? How about automatic wipers? Are they usable or are they slow to react? I am asking because currently having 2019 Mazda 3 (BP), where lights are ok, but matrix does not work that good (not enough segments), adaptive cruise control is jerky and often thinks that cars in right lane in left turn are in you lane and automatic wipers are close to useless, especially on highways where it takes ages for them to turn on or speed up wiping while not alowing manual single wipe. In my opinion, these are the things that splits premium cars from the rest. These assistants and automation in premium cars just works and does not annoy you. My girlfriend has an X1 (2021) and I would chose it for any route maybe 9 times out of 10 (some twisty smooth road is more fun in Mazda 3) just because how these little things work in BMW.

This FR layout can make me buy a mazda...i wish some other manufacturers could go this way esp toyota with their BIG FF layout SUVs like the highlander and the lecus RX. Its a shame some like BMW are doing the opposite like the FF layout 1series and the X1,..GOOD JOB MAZDA!!!!!
@@Dzinbhudist Oh did they? The Mercedes version is smooth and I don't recall issues with it. They used it mainly in AMG models. MCT isn't the same as DCT.
Love your honest videos...Here in the US, the cost of the highest-end CX-90 vs. BMW X5 (comparably equipped) is like $5000, that is it. I have not driven either, but BMW is clearly in my sights. My fully equipped 2021 CX-9 was under $50K, and a fully equipped CX-90 is just under $65K. I don't know if what Mazda gives you is worth that extra $15K when I believe the BMW has more to offer - the engine, luxury feel, infotainment, and other amenities all are better in the BMW X5. Are you coming to the States to test drive the 340hp CX-90?
If you're planning to lease then yeah BMW is ok. To buy I'll take Made in Japan any day of week over any Germans. Cost savings are another major factor.

Seriously. Great decision by Mazda - might get decent sales from that alone, at least until the fad is over and other OEMs revert back to buttons.
Rumour is the car industry will offer physical buttons as an early adapter feature starting in 2036 models.

Mazda looks beautiful and great built Quality like always from Japan...🔥💪
(Except Nissan 😂😂)
After owning several Mercedes and Audi in the past, I now trade off some luxury features for better reliability. Mazda is a perfect fit for that.
ehh idk one of my friends has a cx5 its only 3 years old and one day is started shaking real bad and a check engine came on
Lexus and Acura are the really safe options when it comes to Reliability
the infotainment system always has an aneurysm when its below 30 degrees it just freezes and goes black constantly
I question what Audi and MB you were buying.
@@Carfan678 I have owned a CX-5 for 7 years, the Grand Touring and never had any problems whatsoever.
👍👍
Real buttons! I was planning to buy BMW X1 and then I realized that they moved almost everything to a touch screen it was too much. Mazda well done!

Great review as always and I'm already looking forward to the comparison to the other premium SUVs!
🙏
Great review, thanks! Mine is on order, expected August 23.
Best greetings 👍

Oh my how I miss watching Autogefuhl videos. Love the little details in reviewing as always Sir Thomas.
Welcome back!
Software recall
I took the CX60 in for its software recall.
Everything just worked unobtrusively and in comfort.
what a great channel, i like the fact that the gentleman is focusing on small details and quality-of-life parts of the vehicle

Feel free to recommend 😊
Thanks for the feedback!
Except now you drive a Mazda

Amazing review as always!
I have driven the PHEV CX-60 and I was amazed. It wasn't perfect but for the money, it's an astonishing value for money. I would definitely pick a CX-60 over the traditional premium because it's different and we gotta admit that Mazda really nailed their first try to really step up their game.
Thanks m8!
An excellent and informative review. You answered exactly all the questions I had and in great technical detail.
Thanks for all your time taken to make this.
thanks! feel free to recommend :)
Really like the buttons and knobs. The shaky window is forgiveable for me.
I take that highway every day! First time saw you driving in Catalonia! :) It was wired knowing all the exits when watching your videos ;)
😎 was surprised they removed the toll gate!
The Quartz color with the black accent is the winner for me.
German car review channel...in English.... That's how you know this channel is really really good
Mazda of course....having natural steering feedback+haptic feedback buttons++reliability which all rivals basically lack in addition to interior on the same premium level....so it is basically the winning formula especially considering the price difference (I would even choose if there were no price advantage)....The germans fucked up big time with all these Bs touch screens, dead steering and laughable reliability !
Assuming that the NORTVI suitcase in the rear of the CX-60 is yours, I hope you are enjoying my design, and I'm happy it got appreciated and purchased by critical eyes like you 🙂
Ohh cool you re the designer? Yeah indeed i loved the design and got it as birthday present from my wife 😎
Interested in the 3.0 SkyActiv X. Will you be reviewing it soon?
Yes, we will keep you updated
Knobs and buttons! Mazda, thank you for being the only manufacturer that listens to the consumer. No one prefers capacitive switches!
4:54 so true, i thought only my Gen 4 Mazda 3 is equipped with the overpowered window motor at the front. It turns out this is also equipped in the more premium cx-60/90
aren't the fake exhaust practical as pre cut out if you're willing to install different exhaust pipes? No need to change the bumper I guess?
Thanks m8!
Mazda will last longer. Sadly the German luxury cars aren’t reliable.
Mazda is at the next level... target is premium level !
the way I have fallen in love w/Thomas now 😭😭😭
I love Mazdas 🤗. If I bought a new model..CX-5, 3, CX-50...the quintessential question; turbo or not? The turbo trims add significantly to price. My '17 Mazda 3 is light and is swift with the NA 2.5L.
18:17 is that fuel consumption with the petrol version?
Props to Mazda for keeping it real.
Bright interior is amazing!
Great review, enough to persuade me to seriously consider as my long term vehicle. I have a question , does it have paddle shifts behind the steering wheel?
Yes it does. It should be standard on their premium cars.
Is the disel repairable? Is the engine out for every service true?
I really like cx60 good work Mazda 👍
But there are already problems with shock absorbers and sway bars for early batches.
Agree that’s one weakness
Best ending ever! Well done Thomas.
7:03 „yes, I‘m distracted“ 😂
Really enjoying your reviews, Thomas. Great video, again. Thanks for all the efforts. 🖤
Do you know if the cx60 will be rebranded to cx70 for the us market?
been watching this channel since "full hd" was the tagline and not full "4k full screen etc" :)
Awesome 😎
Great video. I was waiting for this review to make a desicion, it will more certainly be the 3.3 diesel awd 254 horsepower.
Greetings from Spain.
Gracias!
Hi, was the sunroof/windows open while you were driving? It really sounded too loud inside the cabin.
Thanks for the report!
The end of Thomas’ review got cut. Thomas-could you kindly write what your bottom line was? That would be just helpful. 👍 👌
Thank you for the information! That is very poor by Ford
Never noticed, but pretty cool how the rear side profile looks about the same as Mazda 3. 1:35
Simple but looks more luxurious than its competitors.
Totally agree that looks more luxurious !
As an American waiting for the 2024 CX-70, I think this video review has me almost sealing the deal on the inline-6 CX-70 model instead of the PHEV model. 👍

Excellent review. Which city are you test driving? Do you live around there or near?
How would you compare it to Alfa Romeo Stelvio 2023?
The Mazda 3/CX-30 front end design looks so much nicer than the new generic boxy front end design language that Mazda's going for
That is because the main markets for these models are USA, and they much prefer boxy "mighty" look
I think it fits perfectly on bigger models

3 Month update
I watched this review again before writing these comments.
Thanks for the report!!
Thanks for the review Thomas.I really enjoied the entire content. Looking forward for the petrol version review. Would like to hear your comment if you have to buy a new car nowadays what will be the main reason to choose a diesel one? Thank you.
Thanks! We ll keep u updated! Well it depends on your driving profile, Diesel only if regular long journeys per week.
I got my cx60 2024 model (3.3L e-skyactiv G version) last week here in Dubai UAE. So far I’m extremely happy with the car. The transmission is so smooth, absolutely nothing abnormal noted so far.
X5 comparably equipped runs about $95,000. Show me an x5 for $70,000
