I would love to read a series about the four homebrew chapters all getting yeeted into the eye of terror by the emperor because of the pure destruction they would cause.
Each chapter could have its own story arc, where they each go after one of the chaos gods,
Angry Marines attack Tzeench because FUCK THOSE STUPID MAGIC USING PUSSIES,
Pretty Marines attack Slaanesh and the forces of the chaos Pretty Marines.
Logical Marines go after Nurgle because they despise his use of chemical warfare,
and the Meme Marines go after Khorne so they can piss him off and meme about his name
I feel like there is a lot of potential to have Angry Marines and Meme Marines fighting side by side against both Tzeentch and Khorne, since they both get a long so well (in a weird way) Angry Marines would find Humour in Meme Marines fucking with Khorne and Tzeentch and Meme Marines would be able to make great memes about Angry Marines bypassing Tzeentch's plans due to pure anger haha as well as being more angry than Khorne and his followers.

Tbh, I can totally see Cegorach the eldar clown god corrupting this chapter, the same way a choas god would, since the eldar gods are basically just chaos gods, but less self serving, It wouldn't be impossible for the MMs chapter, or at least small contingency's of them to betray the Imperium, and swear loyalty to Cegorach, viewing him as a better meme than the Emperor, since as you have explained,this would probably not happen with any of the 4 main chaos gods.
