Cap'n Crunch was one of my favorites back in the day. However, you have to limit to one bowl otherwise the roof of your mouth will be shredded.
That's a pro tip which I can verify.

Another pro tip.Dont only have one bowl at a time but let it soak for a bit in the milk to cut down on the hardness.The peanut butter flavor builds up in the milk in that flavor.

Just nuke your milk in the microwave to heat it a bit before adding to the cereal and you'll be able to eat it right away

You all should react to some content about the Amish/Mennonites. They’re incredibly interesting groups who get an undeserved bad rap a lot of the time in the USA. They make amazing furniture and food and are some of the nicest people one will encounter, and they usually speak english as a second language. They’re an amazing subculture within the US/NA that isn’t as prevalent elsewhere and is often overlooked.
Check out UA-camr Peter Santenello’s channel… he goes into these sub-cultural communities and vlogs about them. He has a series of videos about the Amish/Mennonite community in Sarasota, Fl and then gets invited by a family there to their home In Pennsylvania. It’s a get set of videos to watch.

It's so funny, we used to eat Captain Crunch when I was a kid, but I don't think I have ever tried the peanut butter 1! I gave up sugary cereal the years ago, and it's possible it came out after my time
@@LindaC616 I stopped eating sugary cereals by my teens because that cereal was for kids. 😂I’ve moved to Australia and they sell cereals in specialty stores for like $10 a box. My son loves Lucky Charms, Cheerios, Apple Jacks, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Oh and Chex cereals for Chex mix at Christmas. It’s not Christmas if I don’t make it.
It’s expensive to buy cereals here, but once in a while is so worth it. He doesn’t prefer peanut butter cereal.
Australian cereals are mostly healthy.
@bethrowbottom5897 oh, I had not had Chex Mix in years, because I try to eat healthy! About six years ago, I visited my niece at Thanksgiving and she made it. I fell in love with it again she adds fancy nuts to hers. Now, as a joke, she sends me a small tin every year at Christmas, because she knows I won't make it for myself. I live alone, and I don't trust myself with it in the house! 😋

My wife is Mexican, and I will say that Mexican snacks are the best!!! The De Leche candies are the best!!! I also love the Palerindas Tamarind suckers. Oh so good!!!! My wife has introduced me to a world of the best food that I have ever had! I am fatter now than when she found me! LOL! Thanks!!!

I grew up in Normal, Illinois, the twin city of Bloomington, where Beer Nuts are located. I worked at a photo studio locally that did their photography, where I ate my fair share of their products. A consistently great nut.
The reason I sent those is because I grew up in Central Illinois and I lived near Bloomington for almost 20 years before we moved to Texas.

Beer nuts can be eaten at anytime as a snack. You don't have to have them with beer. I get them all the time.

When I was a little kid I had my own private church I went to on Saturday mornings. It was called Sat. morning cartoons & CAP'N CRUNCH. Once on a camping trip my parents forgot to bring milk but I still had my CAP'N CRUNCH w/ water. :)

My wife loves Cap'n Crunch cereal. There are so many new varieties since I used to eat those kinds of cereals as a kid (In the early 1960s, most of those--and their cartoon ads on Saturday morning TV in America--had just made their debut.)
I'm sure some of you will think that I'm crazy but I've been eating Cap'n Crunch for over fifty years. Still one of the best cereals ever. It's really great sprinkled over chocolate ice cream.

Cap'n Crunch with Crunch Berries and Fruity Pebbles are two of my all time favorite cereals..
South iced tea is always "sweet tea". Some like mint in it, some peach, some raspberry, and some like it with lemon and it is ALWAYS iced. Mix the sugar 1 cup to a quart, stir in 3 cups of ice, serve over ice. That's how we do tea in the south. ❤
Fruity Pebbles, the cereal is good stuff. Only downside to them is they get soggy too fast. Great video, always lots of laughs from the crew. Always enjoy the fan unboxing videos and the sugar rush that soon follows. Thanks again for the laughs and I'll see you in the next one.

You guys were smart saving the Cap'n Crunch for last, and at least you only had a couple of bites. That stuff will sandpaper the roof of your mouth. LOL.
BTW, if you ever come across Bagel Bites (pizza), it's similar, it will burn the roof of your mouth.
Here is a hint. Take some of that popcorn, and grow it. may have to wait until next year, but put a handful to the side and plant them. Trust me they will grow.

Barritas literally means little sticks and Pinya is pineapple in spanish...
Rural King is a great place to get old fashioned candies and snacks. Those maple candies can also be branded as Maple Nut Goodies I believe. Definitely a favorite in our family growing up.

If you ever get regular Cap’n Crunch, smash it up in a zip lock baggie and use it to coat chicken for fried chicken. It’s not overly sweet. It’s that lovely sweet and savory mix.
Hey Fam, glad to see the sunflower seeds came pre-shelled for you this time. My box (sunflower seeds, Takis, Oatmeal Pies) may have had a few duds in it, but by my reckoning i hold the 6 TOES UP RECORD for Zero Bars. I was wondering though, whatever happened to the Mexican candies I included in the box? I saw Atlanta pull them out, but they never got reviewed. Same with the Tajin spice mix (Denz pulled that one). Call me crazy, but I'm still hoping for a Mexican Candy video!

Love Tajin spice mix! I even put it on popcorn lol. Sopa De Fideos is my favorite when we make beef chimichangas, or enchiladas. We had our old neighbor teach us how to make enchilada sauce with chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. The oil and sauce make it sooo delicious! I could eat Mexican food all the time.
Not only are you guys fun, but educational, and making forever memories with your family. Some restaurants take french toast, dunk the bread in the egg mixture, press the bread in smashed Cap’n Crunch cereal. Then they fry it till golden brown. Some people love it. I can’t stand it. I feel like I’m getting diabetes just looking at it. Tooooo sweet! 😊😊😊
Captain Crunch is my all-time favorite even though I don't eat it that often any more.

I eat honey nut Cheerios as a snack, no milk. Not too sweet but gets rid of the sweet tooth with just a few handfuls. Love you guys, never fail to bring a smile to my face!

Cool to see Cap’n Crunch. Fun fact: Cap’n Crunch and pretty much anything else made by Quaker Oats is made in my hometown of Cedar Rapids, IA. Quaker Oats is also the world’s largest cereal plant in the world. Cedar Rapids also has a General Mills factory that makes Cheerios, Annie's, Yoplait, Nature Valley, Fiber One, Häagen-Dazs, Betty Crocker, Pillsbury, Old El Paso, Wanchai Ferry, Yoki and more. Definitely recommend Iowa as a place to visit on your trip to America.

Looks like they are made in Cedar Rapids AND Buffalo, NY. Buffalo made boxes will have a blue rectangle with "BU" on them..

jose's artwork made me think that you could put a "Viewer Contribution" section on a website and scan things like that to it. it would be a realistic way (i.e. unlimited wall space) to save stuff for posterity and share it with viewers. like a youtuber scrapbook.

Wow, I live about 90 minutes from Wylie, Texas and my mom was from Illinois, she grew up where Beer Nuts are made. It’s a small world!

Crunch Berry is dangerous to the mouth roof. I don't recommend adults eating that. The kids may survive but it will tear up the adults real bad.

Peanut butter Cap'n Crunch was one of my favorites in the 60's. I do like the cereal Fruity Pebbles but I've not tried the treats made with them.

Cap'n Crunch Peanut Butter was my absolute favorite cereal growing up in the late '70s and early eighties. I've tried it since then and it isn't as good as it used to be. When I was a kid, it used to have so much peanut butter in it was almost creamy as much as it was crunchy: and so much more peanut butter flavor. Now it just tastes like corn syrup with a hint of peanut butter. *Sigh* I really miss the good ol' days, when quality in products meant something.

My family, from Ireland, homesteaded in St. Paul/Wylie, TX in the mid 1800's. They donated land for the first cemetary in the late 1800's. They were trying to land in California, but a storm blew them into Mexico and they set their sights on Texas instead.
It's a great place to live. I highly recommend it!

Beer Nuts are from Bloomington Illinois, in Central Illinois, where I am from as well. Quick joke. What is the difference between Beer Nuts and deer nuts? Beer nuts are a dollar fifty but deer nuts are under a buck.
