Absolutely 100% agree with your take on Nick. I don't know him but I give him all the respect in the world to have the stones to sit with you guys. I've been in similar situations over the past few years and it is absolutely stress-inducing! Much love to you, Brad, and I wish Nick all the luck at the felt!
Playing a bit above your comfort zone is one thing and can potentially be admired. If you’re folding pocket jacks to a single 3-bet pre flop, that heavily implies his appropriate stakes should be Facebook poker for funny money. So what he’s doing in this game is literally just lighting money on fire. If he doesn’t mind, good for him.
I haven’t watched yet, but having “biggest pots of my life” instead of “biggest wins of my life” is already scaring me.. let’s see how this goes for Brad.
Yours was the first poker vlog I ever watched, maybe sometime last fall. I've had the opportunity to view a few others since then, and yours is easily the best. Your clear play-by-play is unmatched in this format.
Regardless of the results, I think you honestly dominated this table by stepping up to the plate and applying pressure while being outside of your comfort zone and being stuck more than you ever had been, so congrats on that. One thing that you never talked about is having loads of people standing around the table sweating the action and talking behind you the whole time, as well as thousands tuned in on stream, which can be very nerve-wracking in itself, especially at these stakes. Keep crushing it Brad I am so happy to have been following you on this journey since early 2020, it's been so cool to watch and I'm looking forward to what's next!
I love how these videos are coming out more regularly than they ever have been yet keeping constant with the same structure and content. Great work Brad 👍
“Ferocious in battle but magnanimous in victory” between this and when you gave that young fan $200 who came to play with you but busted right before you came in, you are truly an example to emulate. A gentleman and a warrior.
You can’t be timid at a poker table. You get slaughtered. But it’s what you do off the table that also counts. I saw that episode where he gives that young man a little bit of help so he can join the fray. It is such a nice touch.
This video is one of the hardest sweats I've ever had for someone I've never met. Great video my man hope you keep at it you're definitely good enough to be up there with the big boys

Brad's poker face is so menacing lol... maybe why he came back from that huge loss at the start of the night! Love the vlogs, always brighten my day :) Great comeback even if you lost a bit.
Fascinating to see you put yourself to the test in such a big game. Great job keeping it together after such a disastrous start. Awesome to hear your commentary with all the stream transparency. Hats off to Nick. Big cojones to mix it up in that game. Thanks for continuing to give us amazing content!
Brad you're an inspiration. This journey has been incredible (started watching around episode 100). Congrats in this session, despite a small loss you clearly played brilliantly and adjusted to the table so well.
What a wild ride! I watched this one live on the stream and I've been waiting for your video on it. Great work coming back, if it wasn't for that one unlucky runout this would've been an epic win. Always looking forward to these videos. Keep up the great work Brad!
Your reads and play since i’ve been watching have improved absolutely so much!! It’s amazing watching and you inspiring me to keep studying and striving at the poker tables myself. Thanks Brad!
Talk about a comeback! I was devastated at the beginning when you lost that big pot. You kept your cool and managed to outplay your opponents to make it all the way back to even. Absolutely awesome game, glad you made it out of there Brad!
Your videos have gotten me so much more interested in poker, and when I was in Vegas last week, I finally worked up the courage to play my first live poker (in a casino) at the Venitian at the 1/3 table. Had a blast playing for the 2.5hrs I played, and ended up winning a little over $1k on my first try. Honestly can say it's thanks to you and some other UA-camrs who've built up my love for the game and only hope that grows. Winning some cash never hurts either ;)
WOW, what a session! Brad, kudos for extending yourself that way. You played YOUR GAME and came back to even. I really enjoy your stream and hope to watch you play in Austin one day. Thumbs way up.

God it feels like yesterday I started watching your vlogs and you were grinding out 2/5. Now your prepared to buy in for what was probably close to most of your bankroll back then. It’s amazing to see where you’ve come from and where you are.
Props to both you and Nick for playing that huge respect for everyone who played outside their comfort range and what an amazing battle back from being down the cost of a sports car
I could not play with you this week MGM Detroit. My bankroll is 1/2. Can't wait to see the vlog. PS. I'm trying to promote a Michigan MUG. Ask Wolfgang for details...
I've been waiting for this! I was watching the stream when it glitched on the 3 rd hand I was devastated when I heard the news. Absolute madness you fighting back.
You took the time to provide context and to respect your opponent. That’s class. One of the reasons why I keep coming back to this channel. I wouldn’t be able to play at that level. I can’t afford to lose that kind of money. You slogged it out. Huge respect.
Kudos to you Brad for your strong sense of decency and honor. Your comment about Nick showed a beautiful generosity of spirit that is so often missing in the anonymous bustle of the online world. Love your professional, entertaining, insightful vlog! Thank you
what a player. amazing come back and just for the record, if anyone has any questions on if you are a good person, just get them to watch this video. I only learnt poker this year, and all thanks to you, I am really enjoying these videos
Awesome how you break down big spots in terms of how much money each situation is, with the "down payment" of a house! Also a small loss after a battle like that, always feels like a win. Congrats Bradley Sir
Bouncing back from that big loss showed real character and cojones. Respecting your fellow players was pure class. This and the poker is why I watch your content.
Massive stakes like that must be scary as hell at least when the money matters. Great job playing your game and seeing how it goes. Props to Doug as well for helping fund the others allowing you make a comeback.
Kudos to Nick for laying down his pocket jacks. It was an impressive lay down I wouldn't have made if I had the money and guts( I don't have either)to play these stakes against a bunch of pro's as an amateur
I’m an amateur, and I only play amateurs. I was taught if you suspect a race against 2 overs , then you should consider chip management. A lot more chips than opponent make the call. Less chips then opponent fold. Even if your jacks are pretty, you will lose that race more times than you think. If you are 2% ahead in that race, those odds are for the LONG RUN. Playing poker 4 days a month will amount to you losing a lot of races. Chip management, and common sense is how I play poker. NOT how someone who plays every day, but someone who plays 1 day a week, and it works great for me. Nick laying down jacks was an awesome play.
@@albertforletta1498 I actually like that thinking, I play on a small bankroll due to not having much money. I often find myself in this position a lot and unsure of what to do. Will defo take this into my thinking next time

I started watching you and I didn’t even understand how poker worked but over time I figured it out and it is such a blast watching your vlogs. I really don't enjoy playing on stream. I'm ok doing it at the Lodge since it helps our own room but I feel pressure to play in an entertaining way rather than how I enjoy playing - everyone has an incentive to do silly things making it more like a circus than a normal poker game. The stream from this vlog was the only one from monster meet up week that I didn't feel was like that since the amount of money everyone was risking was significant.

Damn Brad, you're growing at a rapid rate. Almost half a million views on this vid and it's only been out two days! That's night and day compared to when I started watching your vids, much deserved!
So happy and weirdly proud of Brad. Being down a new car's worth of cash in the opening of the game is horrible, and could have easily spiraled but battled back. Bravo, Brad. Great seeing you growing as a player! And the Am sitting next to you, that you told us to not insult. That dude needs a wheelbarrel to carry his stones around, just for sitting down to play pros for insane cash.
Question for more experience players: I play online and home cash games but have never sat for a live casino game. What are some things I need to know about how the game is played, best practices, etc. to not look like a total noob?

I've been seeing you live the past week and couldn't believe you've made it to the pro levels with Polk and others. You've come a long way since I first started following you. Great comeback.
Damn Brad, you're growing at a rapid rate. Almost half a million views on this vid and it's only been out two days! That's night and day compared to when I started watching your vids, much deserved!
I gotta give you mad respect for what you said about nick and pointing out that unless someone is gonna sit down and play, not to talk. I like it
That was one brutal table. Well played, Brad. 👏👏👏 The Lodge is definitely your home.
Respect to Nick for stepping up. Wish you success.
Question for more experience players:
I play online and home cash games but have never sat for a live casino game. What are some things I need to know about how the game is played, best practices, etc. to not look like a total noob?
I don't watch like I used to (got into other hobbies I watch videos on) but I love coming back and seeing how things are going. You're videos are always fun and your humor is great. It's crazy to see you in this game when I remember your first blogs at Red Rock playing 2-5. Keep it going brother and stay humble.
I am so glad you got most of it back-I like the way you treat people
Another great vlog man! Unreal comeback where you did well to keep going mentally and play well. Very nice comment on Nick too. You're 100% right. Keep it up man!
Great job Brad! Your comfort level is getting visibly noticeable! Congratulations on your progression!
Brad I appreciate your honesty with the emotions. It makes me feel so much better that even the pros that I idolize battle tilt like the rest of us. Glad you made it out alive bruv!
Respect to Nick, and more respect to you Brad, for showing pure class. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
loved the video brad, crazy to see your development from $2/5 when i started watching you. So happy to watch you fight your way back from down 33k, keep killing it man
I played texas hold'em for the first time last week and it was a 4-8 not a big amount but good to learn. I came out 42 dollars ahead...
Well done, Brad. Hell of a job pulling it together and recouping the losses, the grind is real, even at those stakes!
Awesome video, thank for risking the biscuit for us, it was great to watch. Well done on the come back, you are tenacious!
Love your passion bud. Takes balls to be recorded, even with 15 min. lag so many teams out there working against. Good Job!
Brad, I was a average to poor player and watching your vids and absorbing your advice, a year later I’m average to better, a huge improvement. Learned a lot about betting from you thanks much
