Yes in my short career I’m quickly learning this. Don’t force it…..but my last session was the most card dead Ive ever been. And when you buy in $200 at $1/2, $5 here, 15 there, it adds up to the point where you’re basically forced to shove anything decent once you’re down to $70 or so. Previous session I doubled up 10 minutes in AA vs QQ……funny game

I find your hand history to be more in depth than in the past with multiple considerations we didn’t have a few years ago .. it really is a different Brad since you studied with Petrangelo.. you definitely matured into a great player 👏🏻

Brad, I’ve been a long time fan and I never leave comments on videos. I just wanted to say… I really respect what you are doing versus so many other poker vloggers. You always play within your means and rarely shot take. That is the recipe for long term success, just playing to your strengths and not getting out of line. Just want to say, we all occasionally look at the player rankings on the poy leader boards. Showing all the massive scores and runs. Players we don't even know. But it's another thing to watch it possibly unfold on a personal level with you Brad. Wishing you success to maybe win millions. In most casinos when you get called you have to show first. I’ve seen it a handful of times where the dealer won’t even finish dealing until the cards are flipped.
It is 100% irrelevant and you gain zero advantage to running it any number of times even with full knowledge of all the hands.
@@VTInt1 yeah Bart Hanson did a whole show about this because of the hand that Mariano was in against Francisco and another guy wanted to run it twice but there are some exceptions occasionally when the first run out hits cards that the other guy needs or things like that it can slightly change
It's insane how good you run since i started watching you (about 2 years). At the same time, your poker has clearly improved a lot. Think Nick Perangelo taught you many new tricks. You used to play on the same stakes as Andrew Nemee and he started before you. But look at you now, buying in for 10k+. It's a pleasure to be on this journey with you all along. Great job, Brad.

14:30 Jamming the set of 9's on the river really does show how far your game has come. It's an area that I've been working on the last year or so. It's so easy in that situation to say, "Pot's big enough... what if I value-own myself... what if he has a random 7... etc." But instead, you got an extra $7k. Great job.

- I really liked the jam with set of 9's. It's the correct play, but as you said, its easy to over-check in that spot because it would be nasty if the opponent ends up with a 7 in their hand.
