So how did you get in touch with the property manager directly? From what I’ve read I want to steer clear of these “third party “ facility management companies. However I’m having a bear of a time getting in touch with the actual property manager.
i know those accounts i used to do them, did you get subcontracted or did the former service provider lose them? just curious, i'm hoping for one of the choices i provided

The operator in the Dooson loader knows his stuff. Excellent operator.
You can get it to shift by using the Joystick, just have to hold 2 buttons down at the same time and it will switch over

My favorite loader to operate with a 18ft sectional Kamotso 322 that thing had power hate say it but it put that KITTY KAT TO SHAME

Yes we always come up with a site plan for each account prior to the first snow event
