So, I have heard if you have the ‘lite radio 3’ that comes with the Cetus X, it is not recognized by any computer with an AMD processor. Do you know if your computer has an Intel or AMD processor? The other guy said he just returned the X and got the Cetus pro with ‘lite radio 2se’ and it worked fine. Sorry for the late response, just now finding out about this issue. Hope all is well!
@@CEEJ-MAN You know what, this might have just been it, as I do use an AMD processor - I did end up returning the whole combo back then, though. Very unfortunate, but not even customer support could help me there.
I just got a cetus x and can't get my controller to calibrate. Windows sees the controller but stick input does nothing. Not sure what I am doing wrong.
Most likely, the controller needs to be turned off and plugged in. You might have the 3rd generation but it could be the same as the second. For me, it displays a green light around the controller power button when it’s working. Try that and let me know!
Just following up to see if you had any luck with this. It’s a bit backwards but In order for your computer to recognize any joy stick inputs the controller must be OFF. When the controller is OFF and plugged into the computer, a light around the power button goes Green. That is when my computer recognizes controller inputs. Hope all is well! Thanks!
Can someone please help me? First of all before I followed this tutorial Skydive reconised my controller, but I couldn't configurate him. Thats why I searched for tutorials. After cklicking on ok in the little game controller window skydive nerver found my controller again. I want to train in the simulator. A answer would be great
Make sure your controller is off and displaying a green light. If the controller is on and displaying a blue light skydive will not recognize your controller. Also, use the original usb cord that came with controller. Others may not work. Hope this helps!
First, download driver from controller to computer. Controller must be switched ON when plugged in. Controller light should be Blue. Second, switch controller to OFF and plug in once Skydive is running. Controller light should be Green. Third, once controller is connected with Green light, calibrate it in the skydive software. Let us know if this works for you or not!
@@CEEJ-MAN Thank you very much for the quick answer. Now skydive is able to reconise my controler, but the led of the controller is still red and I cannot configurate the arm/disarm control or any other switch. A other problem is I can configurate every axis control except the one for changing the drones fly height
Unfortunately, the only thing I know of is to either flash the drive or all software. Otherwise, try another computer. Sorry I’m not much help on this issue. If you figure it out and let me know!
I’m not sure if BetaFPV works on the phone? I know the DJI Flight simulator has some kind of flight simulator for the phone but not sure if you can pair your controller to it. Sorry I’m not more helpful in that regard. Good luck and stay well!
If you google ‘literadio 2se driver download’ (or whatever controller you have) you should find the driver to download on BETAFPV. I just googled it and it was easy to locate. Try their newest v3 version and maybe that’ll fix your issue. Otherwise, you could try the other two drivers if the newest one doesn’t work. Hope this helps! Good luck!
Got ya, so I have heard that with ‘lite radio 3’ for whatever reason is not recognized by PC’s using and AMD processor. Again, not sure why, maybe they’ll fix the issue soonish. Do you know what your computer uses? Thanks and stay well!
Interesting. I wonder if the new models are different. Maybe try to control it while flashing red. If it still doesn’t work, try turning the controller ‘on’ and then plugging it in. Are you using the original charge cable that came with it? Hope this was helpful! Good luck!
@@CEEJ-MAN I figured it out. For anyone in the future, for LiteRadio 3 if you have a AMD CPU it won’t support the controller. You have to downgrade the controllers firmware in Beta Flight. However, if you do this. It will be a different firmware than your drone and the controller will not connect to the drone anymore, only simulation. So you also have to downgrade your Drones version. In short, I returned it and got the Pro with Lite Radio 2. It doesn’t have the AMD issue and all this extra stuff.
Wow, it sounds like that was a headache to figure out! Haha Hope all is well and you’re getting your hrs in the sim now! Thanks for sharing your findings, I’ll be sure to pass them along!

Still no option that I know of for using your controller with a phone simulator. I’ll post if I figure it out though. Thanks!

I see my controller, click ok , turn off , turn on, plug in and still blue light
Hm
Keep the controller off. Plug in controller while off and should turn Green. Let me know!
