I think we should stop being scared about unfair employers. Its not 2009 anymore. Even if some employers would be upset with that video, the practical ones would see the truth in it and hey there is always market for a viral content
For the Cloudflare employee it was a net minus. She didn't handle it well; almost like begging for her job back. The focus of her conversation should have been to maximize severance pay.
These companies are net minus, if they can do whatever they want with you so should we. Your bootlicking won’t save you from layoffs unless you’re managerial class
Nah, I think she handled it very well. The HR drones were completely unprofessional and unprepared. The company came off looking terrible. The CEO was even forced to make a non-apology apology.
