If in the unlikely scenario you're attacking 11+ models in your opponents deployment zone, you can pop a couple of strategies.
Murderbliss for +2 attacks against 11 models and Reap and Rend for an extra attack on your sweep profile.
You now have 11 attacks base, converting into 44 sweep attacks.
Entirely pointless, never going to work.
This is also a beautiful meme build. I wonder what's the most (situational) hit rolls you can get from a single character? It probably has to be a Knight right?
@@thepoorhammerpodcast the next closest I can think of is Karandras is a Biel Tan list, with 12 attacks and 6's generating two extra hits, so not even close.
@@chetmanley1885 Lilith Hesperax has 7 attacks and you can make it so 6s to hit explode 4 times and she fights twice so in two combats you could, if you got lucky get 35 hits in 1st combat and 35 hits again for 70. But one in a million chance, would be very funny
@@user-sb2xr9vw1f I also got a pretty crazy number from a Beastboss, 16/17 attacks between him and the squig exploding on a 5+. Needs two psykers to pull off, but much easier to do than the knight one (unless you roll like me in the psychic phase)

I'm rapidly realizing that Khorne is the most glue-eating faction in game, and I'm all for it.
bit late but i pitch, THE SNIPER KNIGHT as a contender
grab yourself a Knight Dispoiler with two rapid-fire battle cannon arms WITH a heavy stubber on each(the important bit)
Infernal dreadblade em for Dark Forging
Mirror of Fates favor for the stratagem and auto-6 on something
and helm of warp-sight to ignore covers and hit roll modifiers
SO with those 3 heavy stubbers thats
12 shots unmodifiable that ignore look out sir (can RR1s with trail of destruction)

I want to Make this Knight, and ally it in with World Eaters, so it and Angron can charge down the board and just put out an absolutely ridiculous number of attacks together.
That gauntlet relic is definitely going to have to be FAQ'd with guard command squads being a unit of five characters.
fortunately only the commander model has character, the veterans have different keywords

Really good video made me sub. Another interesting build is house Vextrix Abominant with the heretic power core for +1 damage on all the electroscourge attacks.
The Dark Commune many little characters unit technically only has the CHARACTER keyword on ONE of the models in that unit. Each model actually has some of it's own and unique keywords in addition to the generic ones that apply to all the models. Thanks GW!! (12:30)
Don’t know why I’m here but this is just the right amount of silly.
Now I wonder what the maximum possible amount of attacks melee OR shooting, any faction, any unit that isn't like titan scale and could go into a 2000 point list even if inefficiently.
used to be world eater terms, red butcher strat aned lightning claws, 50 attacks based on a 10 man squad, +1 for each claw 3 base, fight thrice with a 3 cp strat for 150 melee attacks re-rolling wounds, i killed a knight with it once

Weird, i was independently thinking of the Khorne Abominant thing recently.. It does have a gun over the Rampager but yeah.. otherwise agree with your conclusion!
reminds me of my Custodes terminator attack spam with the vex and the power talons, deletes a squad
Nearly a year late to this but the only way I can visualize this thing attacking is when Gmod models clip into each other and flip out.
Seems like I would want to lose the one (3) attacks and go Vextrix instead so I could have a 4 damage Electroscurge, since the Electroscurge does not have a sweep profile.
I too use Battlescribe to both record and stave off fever dreams

vextrix is even better, 17" move and 15-18 d4 attacks is crazy
