Bro i also suffered with this symptoms like u have rn. Let me tell you something take b12 pill everyday in morning with warm milk and take Vitamin D pill once in a month if ur b12 level is below 50 then i suggest you for injection. Eat liver. Eggs and milk in morning. Don’t smoke don’t drink and eat healthy food and do some exercise then ur level will be in normal range within 1-2 months

सर मेरे हिसाब से एक और तरीका है मशरूम से विटामिन डी प्राप्त करने का। मशरूम को पकाने से पहले 15 मिनट धूप में रख देना चाहिए और उसके बाद पकाना चाहिए। मशरूम के अंदर सूरज की रौशनी से विटामिन डी को अब्जॉर्ब करने की विशेषता होती है।

Got my test result for Vitamin D. While giving blood sample, i said "my Doctor says with age body becomes B12 & Vitamin D deficit". Report Turns out normal, but was told by the Lab Asstnt, Sunlight needs to be taken early morning 7.00-7.30 am. Is that true ?
Take sunlight from 0930 to 1530 hours.
