I love watching your videos! I'm currently 14 weeks with my first and found this most beneficial.
I'm one of the women who has suffered with Nausea, morning sickness and food aversions...cannot drink cordial juice anymore, onions are a no go along with a few other things.
I am going to give your ice cream recipe a try (I have a real thing for ice and ice cream!). Also your video has made me think about what i may be/am lacking, so thank you, because I can now improve...it's never to late to change habits.

The healthiest I ever was, was when I was vegan on Maui. Sunshine and nutrient dense food is a spectacular combo. With so much activity it actually caused me to eat less as well but I never lacked energy. I was just..lighter.

I so appreciate your videos! I am five months pregnant and I am always praying my baby girl doesn't have an adhd tendencies like me. I also got sick at 19 with hyperthyroidism. Now, that I am 30 and pregnant, my midwife did tell me to take this medication because now it's too low. It hasn't bothered me for years. I love meat but I also love carrots, strawberries, watermelon, pickles and plums. I really enjoy spinach and kale but I definitely need to cook more and learn more healthy recipes. God bless you for sharing! My sister has been vegan for about two years but most of her food was not appealing to me and her fridge always smelled terrible in my opinion. I know fresh means stronger odors but I always wondered if it was a way around it. LOL.

Fun fact: Paprika (bell pepper / capsicum / whatever you call it), especially red ones, are even richer in Vitamin C than most citrus fruit, they actually contain about twice as much Vitamin C as oranges and lemons. If you don't have access to oranges/lemons, don't like them or just have an intolerance you can easily omit them by eating red paprika

I did not know I was pregnant until this past 1 1/2 weeks. ( I thought I was going through perimenopause) I looked back and everything you said in the 1st trimester, I was eating and other foods I have been eating on a regular basics. It was funny, that I don't crave or eat sauerkraut, and had bought some 3 weeks ago and this week I crave sour dough, never eat it. HMMMM, He (the Lord) told me, to take it easy a few months back, now I know why, I did a lot of really physical work before, took the time off to relax. Amazing, everything falling into place for me, It just more and more confirmation, beautiful. I agree that fresh Fruit and veg are the best and we all should eat more. A concern I habe however is the pesticide used to grow them even if they are organic. As you have your own garden you can decide that do use as fertilizer and pesticides etc. However my parents run a blood and urine test (and they swear on organic biological fruit and veg) and they could find Glyphosat in their bodies ( and we live in central europe where usually food is regulated more strict than in the usa).

This is beautiful. Is it even possible to be healthy in Europe/Germany or in other similar states?! Our food is lacking almost all nutrients! I'm so sick after one mostly vegan pregnancy and nursing my boy for 1 year. I'm just eating pricey organic foods, much of them raw. I don't think it is possible to be really healthy here. Especially in the city. Everything here is just making you and your baby sick. You are really lucky to live in Hawaii!!! Wish you all the best for your next child. I hope one day I can get healthy again and get another baby. ❤️❤️❤️

I understand how all these foods are extremely rich especially when you get them locally grown and organic. But I wonder, how does the nutrition look in these foods, when we/I buy them from the supermarket, where they might even be shipped from other countries and sometimes not even available organic.
Would love to hear if there is much difference there ☺️✨

Really? My energy has improved since going vegan yeeeaaars ago! It’s important to keep your iron and vitamin B and D levels in order though as that can leave you feel drained. We don’t need a few perfect vegans, we need tons of imperfect vegans! ☺️ 🌱 ☮️

@@maztergee Yes... mother's milk is high in saturated fat and cholesterol, which is only found in animal foods because guess what, humans are animals! Vegans don't eat animal food so their milk is not nutritious enough to sustain life. This is the same reason why women miss periods and become infertile.

hey, maybe cashew cream (mixing cashews and some water) or plantbased plantmilk maybe? if its role is thickening I would use potatoes/rice (I blend these to thicken soups) or starch or flour. in sweet recipes I would try using plantbased yoghurts. I know it doesnt work for every recipe but maybe for some. hope u find this helpful :)

Congratulations on your 5th pregnancy! I’m new to your channel recently subscribed and I look forward to follow you along this journey specially since I my self just found out I’m pregnant with our 6th baby 🤗😳😬🤯 😁 I find myself experiencing food aversion. Which I had no idea what it was until recently, I find myself being hungry all the time but nothing seems appealing to me everything is just 🤢 specially meats and poultry. This pregnancy is really a WHOLE new experience to me compared to how easy going all 5 past pregnancies have been for me with my boy’s (the reason I firmly believe it’s finally a girl this time 🤞🏽☺️) so I found my self frustrated and still hungry last night after not enjoying dinner asking my spirt guide Raul 😇 to Please Please Please guide me to any and all UA-cam videos that can help me inform, learn and over all just help me with this food aversion of mine and how to manage it and just help me find the help I am looking for and really need and well here I am I have been watching a lot of your videos this morning and every food you’ve mentioned so far just sounds like it’s exactly what I need right now! Like i truly feel like I can tolerate it and feel good about eating “light” if I may say so with out the concern of not eating meats and poultry like I used to and feel like I am not eating appropriately… hope that made sense any how I look forward to your videos. I truly believe I am here for a reason and you have some how been put in my feed to help me with my food aversion and intrest in eating healthier this time around. Thanks in advance
