Great video! I am from SolCal and will be in Sacramento on May 10th, 2024. Would I have a chance of catching stripe bass at Verona Village (one of your recommended spots), and would you recommend a spot? I visit Sacramento once every 10 years or so and hoping for some great fishing memories.
Thank you. Yes, you would definitely have a good chance at Verona. The water is still pretty muddy, so the early you get on the waterthe better. The delta is much clearer water and would have more of a chance on landing some striper.
@@fishtherapy247 not that day but picked the brain of a local who was slaying them at the ramp. Lesson: Bluegill want the warmer water where Bass prefer shade.
Thank you man , to think that poeple can own sections of the river and to think thete acually stingy enough to not want people around or fishing thr area . These are the same people who complain about thw youth abd vilance in are area but will kick the kids out when they find a hobby they enjoy. Its actually insane
No problem. Yes, I don't understand either. I actually like it when people roll up on me at my fishing spots. I tell them they are welcome to fish with me and even offer them baits and lures if they need them. Fish on! Tight lines 🎣
@@fishtherapy247 that’s pretty cool man , some kids and I did the same thing today it was very useful and I personally enjoyed the company and sure he did to cause we got skunked 😂
Great job!!! Thanks so much.
Glad it was helpful!
Yes bro. Your absolutely right!! I launched out at Elkhorn. RIDICULOUS
yes, be very careful when backing at Elkhorn launch, water is low!

@EASTSIDERIDER707 Yes, that's true they like summerwater temp. Bass are definitely starting to bite with this cold front moving in.
Sherman lake is on fire right now!! Mudsuckers and keitech swimbait is the go to
I appreciate the information! Are you fishing the bank or on a boat?
Boat and kayak. I love fishing around the island at the mouth of sherman lake and sac river
@@tusneegzoohlub7724 yes super good spot for striper year round!
If they pass a striper slot limit, I vowed to blow up every single hole and strategy I know of haha
