Yes yes oyster omelet ftw!!! lol sooo oily tho lol extra yummy.. impressive first huge slurp of noodz 🤗 the coconut balls looked so light and tasty! Cute! Where to next??? 💜
This kind of tofu has been consumed over 100 years. It was brought by Chinese immigrants back in the day. My dad told me me that you have to line up for a couple of pieces in early morning due to limit supply. Nakhon Pathom and its neighbor province, Ratchaburi, are famous for making this kind tofu

The Famous foods manu in Nakorn pradhom is Kao na moodang , mookrob and Kao Lam ( Sticky rice in bamboo short ) and also Kao lam ba Jang (Sticky rice dumplings in bamboo short )
Khun Luke Martin, another variation of tofu in Thailand is Black tofu of Photharam district of Ratchaburi, a neighbor province of Nakhon Pathom ... and this yellow tofu also has a variation in Klong Ngae district of Songkla.
i am from indonesia, this is how tofu is made in my local area, at least around 10 factory making tens of thousand tofu every single day, at it is cheap too around $0.05 per pcs
