what are you seeking by resisting?
I think resisting is not as important as "understanding" as each thought comes up...by watching passively, by being aware. This is what I think Krishnamurti termed "choiceless awareness". There is a book by this name. If you read it as you watch yourself, you may be able to notice the transformation in your thoughts and emotions ...slowly. It helped me a great deal.😇

How do i know if my mind is in illusion ?
He loses the plot when he talks about a mind without illusion. That kind of mind does not exist.
He never says it explicitly that way, but his whole point is to try and negate the mind... bring the listener to a kind of a conscious death.... he admitted himself that he doesn't know if all his talking can affect anyone, he just did it for whatever reason, I don't know. Some speculated, and the biographies support that to some extent, that he was actually a medium... but that raises the question medium for what? That's too mystifying for me... lol
Dear K seems to be pulling our leg here no? Talking of a mind free of illusions but at the same breath talking of a timeless thing that is the very root of centuries of illusion...
