    Anyone here?
Who has achieved this Timesless movement?

    • @ahmadabbassi7103

It is achieved when the content is completely emptied through constant insight, then there is no "who" as the "subjectivity" is also emptied and has lost its sense.

Go bak to the beginning, authority - fear (fear >. authority), and try to put that aside. Be attentive, you might be aware now. It did help me!

you are right, lines may seem blurred between choice-less awareness and attention, but theres place for either or... when you are walking thru the mall you could be choicelessly aware but when you are consuming information at work for example be in total attention.

How can one empty the mind from thoughts? Is there someone to help to do it?

      Commence practise of meditation

Short Version: watch your thoughts without judgement, or expectation. You observe a negative thought? Ok, keep watching. Your mind says you must stop that thought? Ok, keep watching. Etc.
Krishnamurti is saying the act of total observation is the emptying of the mind. Like when you see something truly amazing and your mind is completely empty for a few seconds but you're fully aware.
When give this kind of genuine observation to your mind, you begin to see many thought patterns in their totality, and seeing it in its totality, th thoughts drop themselves, because you are watching, not thinking.
The way to do this is to watch your mind as often as possible, with no goal or intention.
As you give more and more energy to attention, less and less energy is given to your thinking, and over time the momentum of thought ends... Because you are not putting energy into thoughts, because you're simply watching.
Thoughts are compulsive because you are unaware of them, or only partially aware. If you even for a microsecond see any neurotic thought pattern in its entirety, with all the sub thoughts that branch from it, and how it starts, etc etc, that whole pattern naturally ends, because you literally see the stupidity of it.
I listen to K almost everyday, and I noticed after some time at random during my day ill suddenly remember something he said, and instantly became full aware of myself for a few moments. The moments grow longer over time.
Another key point is don't turn meditation into some kind of regimented practice. You can do that too... but also just in daily life. You're walking down the street? Listen to the noises, smell the air, etc. This grows your capacity for observation.

Easiest way is mushrooms. But only if you're an adult, preferably in your 30's. I think any earlier might diminish your connection to the world, and you might become reclusive.

@@Kazuya9009 That’s like using steroids while you just want to maintain a nice athletic build without competing or anything.
You can do it naturally and you have real insights that transform and expand your whole understanding of life, without using external substances.
Everything happens in the individual’s pace, nothing is forced and no risk for unpleasant or even dangerous side effects.
