you can joke on how he would be a good dancer but it shows that this micro movements of his and how he shows the fundamentals on how you can effectively generate power/force is beautiful that it would look like a dance, this just proves that martial art is an art where you can honestly express yourself.
I am as much a philosopher as a fighter, so I don’t mind debating them. I enjoy it, because I learn more from debating than watching or reading. So, I debate. The headache with debating is that the more they stray from the facts in question, the more you learn about your interlocutor and their motivations. In most cases, they are just lazy racists. DK Yoo puts near three videos a week and seems to go out of his way to appeal to cultural interactions people in the United States have had to make it accessible. Whether he does it publicly or not, there is a video with a refutation to every objection. This one could be considered the one to Ramsey Dewey complaining about how the pads are being held, from a perspective. By racism here, I mean the nonwestern concept of fighting no matter how clear the overlap. More like the Greeks trying to recognize that other traditions are great as well. The other reason for me expanding on the concept of ”racism” or more accurately provincialism is one that is unique to Dk Yoo in the purpose and method of his teaching. It's one where the teacher is fully aware that pushing people to liberate themselves always inspires a backlash. As a philosopher, it's relatively easy to win the argument in a video with a few billion punches versus may be one or two and a crowd demanding a hard core brawl to determine who the best fighter is. The greater challenge is not being insulting while doing it. Because of that challenge it's harder to verbally identify what happens when the objections have been defeated to the point were your interlocutor can't hold their position with a straight face. It's not the usual anger of a person with a talking point that was characteristicly poorly thought out; it's the blank disinterest in more use to from bigots trying deceptively to muddy the water. My grandmother called it ”the sickness, ” it has different ways of being described in different fields of the social sciences. She taught us many ways to catch it, and being born and raised in the violent Jim Crow south, it's amazing how well her insight transfers over many years past her death. The most certain thing I can say is that they aren't trying to get to an answer. Other fighters seem to have picked up on this faster than me, because they just troll them. I still like to engage, however, primarily just for the debate practice. Fighters generally suck at debating, alternatively, prevaricator are the true challenge to any debater. They aren't bound by anything, whereas the honest debater is bound by truth, consistency, and the limits of their knowledge. So, if I'm missing something, debating someone that is lying their ass off and swinging wild is the easiest way to catch it.
Frame rate is necessary to understand in order to target hit boxes, time parries, avoid jump ins, break throw loops, block over heads and dash in or out.

Need to work on having a little less compliancy from your pad holders. They need a solid base & 20% tension for effective bracing, while allowing you to perform your technique within acceptable parameters. Your mechanics are solid as always, and improving over time. I liked the grab reversal into the back roundhouse; good positioning.

This guy is almost identical to my master in terms of style, however, my master was only 135 pounds. I remember holding the kick bags when he kicked them and he could knock me back a good five feet without me acting like hes throwing me accross the room. Honestly it was better he hit hard than fast because his quick strikes gave me whiplash and we used full mid body shields. This guy looks like he has very good control and I'm sure if he wanted to he could knock someone large back but my interpretation on this video is that he is showing the difference In a good and bad center of gravity while making it look cool in the process to appeal to the audience. Frankly I'd love to see him in a real competitive match!
