    Anyone trying to do this id recommend not isolating the movement of the spine. Just try to shove like a normal shove you’d do naturally, but don’t step forward. You should have a natural slight ripple up the spine so long as you relax. If you done have the ripple, your back is too tense and your focusing too much on the technique most likely, not enough on trying to shove the target.

    In wing chun training the dummy form, especially section 4 po pi hands works this principle. Start relaxed, then speed shove 0-100 mph. Focus on elbows down, use lats and elbows, whole body releases at once as you use the ground for the base to push. Fast pushups or lifts can also build explosiveness

      @@ohpapigaming If I have to teach a technique, firts I will teach real techniques, techniques that anybody can use in a real life, you can demostrate yourself, in fron a bagbox and use the tecnique of this video and use other real tecnique like direct punch, and you can probe which is better tecnique
