Never saw him do sparring with realistically moving opponents. Also the choregraphed fighting scenes were not practiced enough, the opponents fell too early. Funny guy!
Ya, waiting to see him apply in full contact sparring practice, not mention real fights or matches.... Full contact sparring practices is basic training in most martial arts, unless is Bushitdo traditional Chinese art , demos and demos:teaching fa-jin, dim-mak, iron fists, seldom or never spar.....lol..lol..

What I’m trying to say is you can achieve amazing things when you have compliant guys pretending to fight you! To be able to fight multiple people you need to actually fight multiple guys. En situation réelle, un mec de 30 kilos le met par terre sans forcer avec la position qu'il a. Suffit juste de pousser dans le bon sens. Tout comme l'ensemble de ses vidéos. Le mec t'invente le "zéro punch inch" (référence évidente à Bruce Lee et son "One punch inch") juste pour épater la galerie. Ca rend bien au cinéma et sur UA-cam. Mais c'est du pipeau. Ni plus, ni moins.

Some of them are the founders of their own systems, it looks the same: a "master" demonstrates "deadly" technics on the guinea pigs making convulsive movements. A half of those clowns were challenged by real fighters or just guys and debunked. imho, the most successful one was and is Sergey Badyuk. He is like 'master of all sports' but nobody saw him fighting, just seminars and performances. When he finally was challenged to come into the cage with the real sportsman he showed nothing. zero. 20 years of 'practicing the most secret technics' went poof. or maybe there was no practice at all? Sadly, we people are pron to believe in something impressive and that guy just uses it for his benefit.

At least on yourtube I saw terrifying Karate blackbelts on competition and DAMN you don't wanna mess with them. The punches were so fast and swift that your reaction time might fail you. Well it failed those who got knocked out by just one punch or kick. These guy won't be impressed with showoff.

Les gars vous faîtes pitiés ! C'est juste de la biomécanique ! Une fois les muscles verrouillés, vous ne les faîtes pas bouger (un peu comme quand vous faîte le poirier). Maintenant changez la zone de poussé et ça ne marche plus. Si par exemple les types poussaient au niveau des épaules, il lui faudrait prendre une autre posture. ça n'a aucune application en combat, c'est juste un exercice de maîtrise du corps. Sérieux renseignez vous avant de débiter des âneries.
I’m sure he’s really good at his own style of martial arts and he would probably whoop anyone who doesn’t have much fighting experience but he would get beat against a pro ufc fighter or pro boxer. My opinion.
Since he doesn't know grappling of course he would loose. He even himself recognize it :p But you should take him as a law teacher, maybe he wouldn't be the best lawyer but he knows the principles to the smallest details and depth. MMA fighters can learn from him, even if himself wouldn't win against a pro kick boxer

Faire la danseuse avec des techniques qui n'ont AUCUNE utilité martiale, c'est de tout, sauf de l'art martial. Avec un minimum d'entrainement, n'importe qui peut te sortir un truc qui en met plein les yeux mais qui ne vaut strictement rien sur le terrain. Sans oublier que pour ce genre de "show", il prend un cachet. Tout comme il en prend un pour ses stages, vidéos, etc. Donc, non. Il n'y a aucune haine. C'est juste extremement agaçant de voir un danseur faire ses tours de magie pendant qu'il crache ouvertement à la tronche de l'essence même des arts martiaux. La démo ne rend pas vraiment hommage à ses qualités. Peut-être parce qu'on a pas l'habitude de le voir se défendre contre des uke qui l'attaque frontalement et ne reste pas simplement devant lui. Je ne dis pas ça contre lui car je le trouve qui qu'il en soit réellement impressionnant. Suis juste un peu déçu de la démo. La vidéo avec Greg était quand même excellente ;)

Une démonstration, par définition ce doit d'être compréhensible par un regard extérieur. Cela reste délicat pour un art qui se base sur l'utilisation des muscles profonds.
Oui, ça démo est juste intéressante par rapport à son jeu de jambe hallucinant lors des punch, et son punch justement (dans le vide...). Mais sinon c'est... moyen dommage.

J'avais entendu dire d'un proche de Bruce Lee (Dan Inosanto je crois), que s'il était encore vivant, il se serait rué à l'UFC juste pour montrer qu'il était le plus fort. Quand je vois que certains estiment que c'est le second Bruce Lee... 😐😐😐
@@jfabulas Bruce Lee a eu largement l'opportunité de défier les plus grands champions de son époque, mais il ne l'a pas fait. On peut être un très bon artiste martial et un mauvais combattant. La valeur d'un combattant se mesure au combat, tout le reste, les films, les démonstrations techniques c'est que du vent. Teddy Riner est un grand combattant parce qu'il a battu tous ses contemporains dans les règles de son art. Bruce Lee est un grand acteur.

C'est vraiment dommage avec son niveau d'avoir opté pour du sensationnel plutôt que de la technique pur. Toutefois, y'a quand même une chose à tirer. Lors du premier assaut au couteau, assaut bien entendu standardiser mais sans timing précis volontairement, il se prend le premier coup de lame dans le bras. Au moins, c'est clair, on s'amuse pas a jouer face a un couteau si on a le choix :D

It's very easy to choreograph something like this. In reality no one will go down as easily as it seemed in this demonstration. I'm not saying this guy can't fight for real but this doesn't prove anything and if this is the extent of his experience (including teaching) a real fight is a whole new world.

Faire la danseuse avec des techniques qui n'ont AUCUNE utilité martiale, c'est de tout, sauf de l'art martial.
Avec un minimum d'entrainement, n'importe qui peut te sortir un truc qui en met plein les yeux mais qui ne vaut strictement rien sur le terrain.
Sans oublier que pour ce genre de "show", il prend un cachet. Tout comme il en prend un pour ses stages, vidéos, etc.
Donc, non. Il n'y a aucune haine. C'est juste extremement agaçant de voir un danseur faire ses tours de magie pendant qu'il crache ouvertement à la tronche de l'essence même des arts martiaux. (Et le premier qui le compare à Bruce Lee, je l'invite à se renseigner.)

Ca se vie plutôt que de se voir.. Il a une vitesse qui est réellement hallucinante. Ce n'est pas très spectaculaire, surtout en vidéo mais le voir pousser avec les doigts sans faire prendre d'élan à son bras c'est vraiment impressionnant.

La démo ne rend pas vraiment hommage à ses qualités. Peut-être parce qu'on a pas l'habitude de le voir se défendre contre des uke qui l'attaque frontalement et ne reste pas simplement devant lui.
Je ne dis pas ça contre lui car je le trouve qui qu'il en soit réellement impressionnant. Suis juste un peu déçu de la démo.

Une démonstration, par définition ce doit d'être compréhensible par un regard extérieur. Cela reste délicat pour un art qui se base sur l'utilisation des muscles profonds.
Oui, ça démo est juste intéressante par rapport à son jeu de jambe hallucinant lors des punch, et son punch justement (dans le vide...). Mais sinon c'est... moyen dommage.

@@jfabulas Bruce Lee a eu largement l'opportunité de défier les plus grands champions de son époque, mais il ne l'a pas fait. On peut être un très bon artiste martial et un mauvais combattant. La valeur d'un combattant se mesure au combat, tout le reste, les films, les démonstrations techniques c'est que du vent.
Teddy Riner est un grand combattant parce qu'il a battu tous ses contemporains dans les règles de son art. Bruce Lee est un grand acteur.

Lors du premier assaut au couteau, assaut bien entendu standardiser mais sans timing précis volontairement, il se prend le premier coup de lame dans le bras. Au moins, c'est clair, on s'amuse pas a jouer face a un couteau si on a le choix :D

It's very easy to choreograph something like this. In reality no one will go down as easily as it seemed in this demonstration. I'm not saying this guy can't fight for real but this doesn't prove anything and if this is the extent of his experience (including teaching) a real fight is a whole new world.
