My biggest physical symptom is the feeling of tightness all around the back of my head and inside my mouth it always feels like i want to crush the upper and lower teeth of mine together like a lot of people do when they are angry
I had that a lot too! It felt like my muscles were going to strain at all times.
Always a pleasure recording with both of you.
Thanks to all three of you for sharing your anxiety stories of sensations. I get many anxiety symptoms as well. When the anxiety breaks all these symptoms go away. It’s insane how anxiety manifests and makes these sensations feel so real and scary.
I love these conversations! looking back on what you've been through and laughing about it !
Absolutely Chloe! So important.
Thank you Chloe!
Good morning chaps. Thanks to each of you for the great job that you do to help others. I know you maybe dont believe in God and thats your right but i Believe He is using your gifts to give hope to many people perhaps even thousands. Keep up the good work.

Hey Mylo. I knoe for myself as I was disputing nothing special happened, personally. In time little tweaks would happen in my perspectives.
