If you want a uniform color, I suggest mixing the colors on some parchment paper and then pouring the mixed glue into the spaces!
wow buzzfeed is starting to listen to their comments and now they’re posting new content
good job
I particularly like mixing the color in place! :)
Oh I'm actually thinking about something for my dad for Father's Day with this.
I love It! What is the pen you use at the end to make it the line silver ?
I'm so going to upgrade this DIY and try and make one like you use to see in churches, museums etc. Its a lost art.
I had so much fun doing this today, l wish I could send a photo. Very happy
what's the longevity of using food coloring instead of maybe acrylic paint or something?
Not sure about longevity but food coloring is translucent whereas acrylic paint would be completely opaque, ruining the stained glass look
Absolutely fantastic, l love the use of the glue gun
I know that I'm never going to make it but still gonna watch it...........
*AMAZING I WOULD NEVER THINK OF THIS!!*
Awesome! Can’t wait to try it! 🤗❤️
thanks for sharing this! looks lovely❤
Fabulous! Thank you for sharing ❤
Could even use a shadow box with a lil light inside it to hang on wall!
Love this!! 😍
Actually really good! Glad I watched 👍
WTH, aren't you creative. Those hot glue guns are the bomb. Super idea, would have never thought of that! Thanks for sharing.
Wow! What a good technique 👌
What's the brand of metallic pen?
She said oil based metallic markers on the video
Excellent ideas thank you for sharing.
Moriah Elizabeth did faux stained glass and instead of pouring the glue and color in separately she mixed the glue and color on a paint pallet and then painted the color on. I think that this would be a good technique to get even colors.
Awesome nice creation, brilliant idea
That is so snazzy & easy!!
This is amazing..beautiful
I 💖 it.perfect.thank you.😁👍🤘🌟💡
Gracias, desde Acapulco, Guerrero, México
아이디어가 너무 좋아요 영상 잘보고있어요~^^
if this is contacted with water, will it still look great?
I know what project I'm doing this weekend!
Another twist on what I have seen. ,👍👍
oh this is actually pretty tho
I think oil based markers works too
Wonderfull,
Will fevicol work
I had a hard time creating consistent lines with my glue gun. Any tips?
Dunno if it would smell too nice tho
You could also use colored glue if you're lazy, ha
what king of glue and paint is used ?
It’s in the video
hiiii!
You can probably get glue-sticks in that color, save having to paint it...maybe. Just a thought
Wait but I think I missed how to take the paper off?
Edit: ooooh nevermind
The paper is just underneath the glass.. I think you can remove it after you've done tracing the design
It was a good question because the sides the framing still look white. What does kind of look like the paper still there. But it is that they just lay the glass on it.
I'm boooooorrrrrrrreeeeeeddddd
I thought the whole point of it being faux was no glass being involved this is literally just stained glass 💀
This is painted glass true stained glass is painted with special paints and then fired so the paint becomes part of the glass. The pieces are held together with solder to make a picture.
Turn off the loud music!!
feels like alot of work for something that will fall apart
