luckily my wife has just finished decorating aswell and I have wire wool, I was thinking to use it in a long exposure whilst setting fire to it and create 'fire circles' but my wife pointed out that I may set fire to the Newfoundland dog (they are a bit fuffy to be honest), so this is a great alternative that won't involve the RSPCA! You have great talanent to see things and create, keep up the good work Lee, thanks.

Lee, I can't believe you could forsee how to use that, and then have it work so well! I don't have an atomizer and I don't have colored little lights, but I can see how having these around could be fun to play with! Thanks for a quick and easy assignment!

Hi Lee, It is a wonderful video. I already have the lights and mister. I also have the "Steel Wool Balls" as they are called in the USA. It is an old box of 35 to 40 years old. It was used to clean an outdoor grill. I will make it this week. Thank you

Trust me you will have hours of fun I am still messing around with this idea as I think there must be a way to make it easier

Awesome videos Lee! I discovered your channel last night, and today I spent the afternoon playing with some water drop photography using my Olympus 60mm macro lens! My wife suggested we use one of her dresses as the back ground and the results were fantastic! Thanks mate, keep up the amazing work!

I often have done this until I got blue ink on one of her tops lol. What I do now is go around the second hand shops and try and find some old curtains. And chop them up.

Great idea with the wool. I may try that this week, looks like fun. I ordered 2 of the misters you have and both were broken so I may stick to my spray bottle, hopefully will still get lots of waterdrops 😊

Enjoyable, inspiring content, cool pics, and likable host. Blue and gold tone drops my favs. Got me to thinking, might water drops on fiber optic fibers work? The fiber ends might be illuminated and carry colored light to the fiber ends and water drops. Cheers!

@@LeeHallphotography ps... I've used a piece of string to the clamps that secure the background card. Then, by drawing it tighter, I can create a perfectly concave curve which then defracts the light even further. Try it.
PPS... I've also used much smaller clamps with string (due to Thier weight) at the top of the background card to get a uniform curve 👍
I'll email you some pics of my setup based on your ideas

Try putting your camera on a 2 second timer this should help you out a lot
