- This off-season I have been in Hawaii to stay warm and have no excuses not to train every day. I get a lot of questions about what I do to stay in the disc golf routine so I decided to show you all what I have been up to in preparation for the upcoming season!

You are a born Teacher Paige - easy on the ears, you use less words, and it is very hard to be EASY to understand, so you are skilled at that too. Impressive. I have learned lots ( I just retired at 68 from 40 years teaching)
My workout was the dance moves that I started doing at 2:05 when the music started.
finally thank u paige I was waiting for this.I am 12 and have my 4th ever juniors tournament coming up this weekend this will help me so much(also doing eagles workout).

While I find the workout & practice regime interesting, I must admit to being a little jealous of the weather. Denmark is not that sunny or warm right now.

Good job Paige. I like your routine. One suggestion though. You are in Hawaii, you have to try surfing. If you have never tried before, I would suggest a long board.

Great video. I'm really looking forward to the next several years of high level competition in the FPO field. Things are really shaping up to be competitive but Paige isn't going down easy.
6:35 best putting advice ever. Practice *making* putts. Too many people practice 30+ footers and it's a huge mistake. Practice making 100% of your 20ft and 80-90% of your 25ft as most of your routine.

The worst part about practicing is the constant walk back and forth. Advanced level: Have a second basket that way two players can practice back and forth to each other

Head mounted camera might be better when you aren't putting, because your pre-putting disc routine covers the camera. Is it always windy in Hawaii? Please show the courses in Hawaii!!

Well.....Wisconsin today was 35 and snow!.....boooo!
I thought the knees pointing inward a bit gives a better hip drive power? for me at least if i have a straight up and down back shin, i have way less pivot power than if my back knee is pointed in a little.

i've always wondere3d this, when you do your little wrist flick at the end before you throw the putt, is that routine for you or a little show thing? to me, are you not breaking the angle you originally were lining up in your wrist? it seems counter intuitive, but you bang em away, So I wasnt sure if it was more routine for muscle memory or just a lil flair thing
pretty sure that is her trigger move. Most sports scientists teach that it helps to have a trigger that initiates a move that has been practiced. It lets neuro-muscular memory take over.

@@TylerHumphrey05 Having played ball golf for decades, this has been taught for some time. For example, my trigger to initiate the backswing in golf is a very slight forward press toward the target with the hands. When you practice the trigger over and over, it becomes the signal for your muscle memory to take over. Paige isn't doing anything for show-she's as professional as it gets.

have you noticed everything this woman does on social media is an ad. all her insta updates and youtube. not updating for the fans, but for the money.
Yeah, It is terrible how much time she spends with fans on the road and investing in people. She signs all the autographs and greets everyone with a smile and makes them feel important. I am not going to try to tear you down like you are trying to do with her, but your comment is ridiculously inaccurate. She is sharing her life and the products she enjoys with people that help her. I talk about Adidas Terrex shoes to people looking for good shoes for disc golf. I feel sad for you that you have to message on here trying to tear somebody down.

@@agnaeus Yes, look at all the other comments, what makes all them positive and you having to be negative. Saying I am soft on the inside is a good thing especially from you. I would rather be open to goodness than be bitter. I've been through a good deal of difficulty in life, but I focus on the positives and being thankful. You know Disc Golfers don't make much money, barely enough to tour and live. They are also trying to grow the sport, so your idea of them being about money and not fans doesn't correlate to their profession. So your argument is moot in regards to doing this for the money and not fans. This is disc golf (1st place gets a 1000 or a little more) or higher on big tournaments, ball golf makes $300,000 to a 1,000,000 plus for one tournament, do you not see how your logic is faulty. I wish you the best, I am guessing you will respond is a snarky comeback, but Paige loves disc golf and people and she is doing good things to help people, not to tear them down.
I really wish people stopped using their iPhones to shoot video or take pictures, why did I spend money to buy a 4K monitor and then sit here and watch a pixelated mess that's barely 480p. Please use a camera or at least get an Android phone.
You - a clown who apparently doesn’t know iPhone shoots 4k 60fps. No one asked you to buy a 4k monitor, no one asked you to watch.
UA-cam doesn't have the full quality available right away after upload. I would suggest you wait to watch the video if this bothers you. It also depends on your internet speed, but I assure you the camera she used is not the problem
