Hellooo 👋🏽 Thanks for clicking! This video shows how I loosened my curl pattern after chebe powder slightly altered it (made it tighter). It will also be super helpful to fellow naturalistas who struggle with tangles and major shrinkage.
I cannot stress enough how much Henna has improved the manageability of my natural hair. BUT it is pertinent to note that HENNA SHOULD NOT BE USED FREQUENTLY, personally I use mine 3 to 4 times a year.
Expect follow up videos on Henna and other Ayurvedic powders that beautify my natural hair and have strengthened & grown it over time (indigo powder, aloe vera powder, etc.).
Naturally Loosen & Elongate Type 4 Hair say goodbye to shrinkage, tangles & breakage
Enjoy! x

MIX
1. Mix henna powder (with aloevera powder or aloe gel/from aloe plant) into a thick or yoghurt like paste with luke-warm water or
warm black or green tea. Feel free to add a few drops of essential oils or virgin oils of your choice although this step is not necessary. Some say mixing in a metal bowl further enhances the benefits of the henna powder.
2. Allow mix to sit for a duration of 30 minutes to overnight, depending on what benefit you aim to achieve from your henna hair treatment. (better explained in the video)
APPLICATION
1. Apply to clean damp hair (freshly washed) from roots to tip. Apply in sections to ensure every single strand receives the henna.
2. Wrap with cling film and cover with heat cap or steamer for better penetration and to reduce wait time. Allow for an hour (with heat) 2+ hours (without heat) before rinsing out.
RINSE
1. Use a MOISTURISING conditioner or co-wash to THOROUGHLY get henna out of hair under warm water. Apply deep conditioner for additional moisture.
2. Rinse out DC and style as desired.

Look at those curls - this was great. I look forward to trying this on my daughter's hair.
Pls how to you make the tea
Just the usual way, use freshly boiled water (so that the tea-bag would infuse properly and thoroughly) then allow it to cool.
Once the temperature is luke-warm you can add it to the henna powder.
Lovely 💕 I can’t wait to try this. I have very tight 4c hair
New subbie. I love henna before my locing days and would always use it before a wash and go!
