Meet SPOT and Hal, the Houston Police Departments newest additions to the Tactical Operations Division. These revolutionary robots will assist in reducing the risk to public safety personnel in dangerous scenarios. It will enable operators to remotely investigate and assess and de-escalate tense or hazardous situations.
