Thank you for having presentations like this on your program.I found a lot of comfort in this discussion. Even though both my grandmother and now my 88 yr old daddy suffered through this horrible disease, I feel better about some of my lifestyle choices. I have always been inclined toward an exercise program,I eat mostly the Mediterranean type foods, good cholesterol numbers,no high BP,maintaining my weight. However, most of my adult life I have been a late night person so that habit is one I will work on first. I sleep uninterrupted for 6 hrs and usually wake up ready to do my exercise program to strengthen my bones and improve my brain health.Thank you again🙂 3:32

Just discovered your UA-cam videos and love them. Your approach and delivery are done in such a caring way. Thank you and I’ll be watching, learning and adding to my daily routine!

I have found this presentation very helpful in understanding what causes poor brain health and why I need to make the changes for better brain health. I was particularly impressed with the information on how important resistance training is - thank you!
I struggle at times with the ability to connect how the task leads to improvement, at times I fall short of the goals. I so want to see outcomes and not patient with my process.
