Why do we teach self defense? Curriculum and a progression is important. At our certified Gracie Jiu Jitsu academy our instructors cover the big picture. We get you there with a step by step approach. It’s more than what you see on a video, it’s a detailed foundation of BJJ that’s methodical and we’ll thought out. Many schools just do a random move every day. We’ve gone through that approach too, and we find students learn quicker and become more complete practitioners with a syllabus to follow.
