Wow, stunning and breathtaking pictures - incredible! I am really impressed and fascinated! Give us more…you have immediately won a new subscriber!🚴🏼👍🤗
I am really astonished how this video got only 16k views....I cannot describe how incredible this video is and how much effort this guy gave to capture the moments... SALUTE!
Wonderful videos ! We are living in Östersund and has also been to the places were you are bicyckling., but with our vw-bus. Are longning back! We stared their and then for one year we travelled to Cape Aghulas in South Africa. Wonderful overlandtour. When we stayed at Lofoten we met an Austrian man, 67 years old. It was by then his third trip by bicycle from Austria to North Cape. His fourth trip a year later, took him 15 days from his home to North Cape. Imagen that! NIce to follow your tour and right now we are with you in Tanzania.
In 2018, I met a cyclist in Lapland, a professor from Switzerland, who was also riding from the North Cape to the Cape of Good Hope. He traveled with a dog, who ran alongside him and jumped into the trailer when he got tired. We exchanged contacts and communicated periodically. As a result, the professor and his dog were able to make it all the way.
Wish there was a 'I love" button instead of "I like". So far my favourite video out in your series. Thank you so much for taking these amazing videos and sharing them with us. Your videos help me feel I am living the life I would love to live. Be safe and keep sharing, please!
Thanks for sharing your journey. I will be in Norway later this year and plan on doing a bit of cycling while I’m there. You video has been an inspiration to me and I now look forward to my adventure in the coming months.
Hi Nils, I've seen a lot of bike travel videos, but yours are special. The recording, editing and music are masterpieces. Without a doubt you have a great talent for something like this and you are also very diligent You spared no effort, set up the camera and brought it back afterwards, thank you... My wife and I we rode through Norway on a tandem. I've already watched a few of your videos. All TOP! I'm looking forward to what I haven't seen yet. I greet you cordially, Bernhard
Wow, thank you so much for putting all your effort into your videos. What a pleasure to watch! You got an eye for filming a hand for editing and an ear for choosing the right music. I only discovered you two days ago, have now watched all the episodes up to this point and am looking forward to everything that is to come. Of course I subscribed immediately 🙂!
I'm so glad I found your channel. great video, shots and content ..... I'm going from Poland to the Nord Cape in July. Your films confirm that this is a good direction... Sub of course
Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful trip, for fantastic places, that I will not know personally, because of my age and financial limitation. Simply admirable! I'il always be with you... God bless you... Greetings from Brazil.
Vriendelijke groet, Aad Viola
Wow, what a great video! I have seen/read a few accounts of people arriving at Nordkapp, but never seen one as emotional as yours...it's brilliant! Makes me wish I was capable of doing it myself.
Most likely I will not cross Switzerland on my way to Africa, but who knows I might come to Bern on my way back 😀 In any case, once I do get to Switzerland I will be sure to contact you!
wow yeah I do have one big dream of riding my bike to the North Cape in a few years hopefully sadly I cant leave for that many month at the time atm I wish i could but in some years i will get the freedom to just pack my bags and not looking back and let the roads take me where ever i want to go. thanks for sharing your trip with us you are inspiring me to really get out there. next year I will do my Bergen - Oslo bikepacking trip and I cant wait almost its gonna be great getting on the road again :D
That is exactly the reason why I left; because I knew if I waited longer it would become more and more difficult to leave for such a long time. But I'm so glad that I made the decision to go, so I encourage you to one day jump on your back and just go. You will not regret it, but you will regret if if you don't. Happy to share and it feels great to be an inspiration for others!
Hoi!
What a fantastic ride and film beautifully shot and edited. Did you really eat 13kg of peanut butter????!!! I guess the world is your oyster as to where you go next depending on CV restrictions of course. How about riding to the southern most point of Tasmania the South East Cape? Quite a few people have ridden NordKapp to CapeTown. Africa can be great but also it can be horrible if you get into difficulties. Where ever you go, be sure to continue making your films and I shall follow vicariously as realistically I am never going to ride to these places as I am too old now. It's a young man's game.
Thanks man! I really did eat that much peanut butter. Perhaps I'm getting close to addicted 😂 With all the restrictions it´s really impossible to plan too far ahead. I hope that in about 3-4 months more countries will open up again. Until that time, I'll just take it day by day, country by country, and travel slowly.
Looks more pristine than most of Hawaii, and therefore even more like an island paradise. I know in reality it may be cooler than Hawaii....but it doesn't look so much so. Hawaii does have a stretch that looks similar, but not many.
My favourite episode so far. The drone footage is spectacular - you must keep starting and stopping your cycling to get the drone footage captured Question How often does it take you to end to end to get a 10 second clip taking into account packing and unpacking camera etc ?
Taking out and getting the drone into the air takes just 2 minutes usually. Then I fly it for 5 minutes, give or take, than another 2 minutes to put it back. So about 10 minutes to get a 10 second drone shot.
I am very enjoy this episode..its my dream destination. What's the specticular aerial view. Very professional shot. A question, where do you charge all your cameras and drone batteries? And do you encounter flat tire. Maybe you can make a video of this review all your gears. Have a save trip. Hasta Luego
I usually charge my electronics when I stop at a restaurant, a guest house, or a library (in Europe). Usually my electronics last around 5-6 days with powerbank, so I don't need to charge that often
Young man, you produce some of the best and most visually stunning cycle touring videos.Thank you very much. Liked and subscribed.
Thank you for those compliments, that really means a lot to me

Fantastic views of Norway, you had such wonderfully clear weather.
I was expecting a lot of rain in Norway, but I was extremely lucky
I have bought a Norwegian tent called "Lofoten" - now I know where it`s coming from.
Spectacular as always 😉

Yes correct. Your video is very difference from others touring bike rider..no 1 ranking..Congrats

Which model of Trek do you cycle? Which tent do you use? Thank you for your beautiful pictures.
Peter
Hi Peter
I have a Trek920 and a Hilleberg Soulo tent
AWESOME 🏔
Watching in South Korea. cheer up. Envy your trip. Korean can stay only 90days in EU. It is a not enough time for whole around.
Just subbed good video

Wat grappig, ik kom uit de Weebosch. Overal waar ik gefietst heb, heb ik gefilmd. Dus je kunt op mijn videos zien waar ik allemaal geweest ben

Can you make a gear video?
I will try to make a video about all the gear I carry. Anything specific you would like to see? Tent, bike, sleeping bag, cooking gear....?
Nothing special. Only a general overview.
@@cyclingaroundtheplanet Pros and Cons of your bike choice now that you've travelled a bit on it.

What a fantastic landscape, amazing project. How far is it from the western end of the lofoten to the northcape that way you cycled?
Great Video, if you ever come to Australia come and visit us in Brisbane. You are welcome to make our home your base to cycle Australia
Thanks Martin. I would love to cycle through Australia one day! When I will, for sure I will come and visit you in Brisbane. See you there 😉
