    I have booked on 22.01.2021 ...Tata Tiago XT
    deal was done at Rs 534000 ex-showroom price that day.
    After three days dealer is disagree with his deal, having demand for new price hiked price..
    Please suggest..

    Sir we are booked a car on 13.08.2020 creta e desiel. On booking time sales executive assure me we will deliver ur car with in approx 2 month. But now this time dealer nt avail my car. Take time more approx 2 month.

    Bhai I cancelled the booking of ford ecosport..I had given 15000 to the dealer on 31 December and cancelled it within hour.
    But I haven't received the refund amount..can u kindly tell me whether the dealer is authorised to deduct any sort of amount.?

    hello sir maine xl6 purchase ki hai last month jb deal ho rhi thi us time dealer ne extend waranty dene ki baat ki thi aur 16753 rupees charge bhi pay kiye maine aur jb mujhe invoice mila usme btya gya ki apne koi extend waranty nhi li hai showroom me baat ki manager bola ki thoda time do mai shortout krta hu ap ki problem. ab mi kya kru kyu ki mere pass sirf quatation hai aur jo dealr aur mere bitch baat huwi wo hai. kya abhi complent kru ya thoda time de du.

    10 साल पहले Hyundai डीलर ने मेरे एक्सचेंज बोनस के Rs 10000 नहीं दिए, मैंने संट्रो खरीदी थी, ज्यादातर कार डीलर के सारे स्टाफ बेईमान, झूठे और गुंडे होते हैं, आप उनसे जीत नहीं सकते, उनसे जितने का एक ही उपाय है court में केस करना

    Mene 1 mhine phle tata punch ki booking krwayi thi unhone mere ko 1month ka time diya tha ..
    But after one month bhi delivery nhi de rhe na .. price extended hone per old price jisme .mene booking krwayi thi uski shruty nhi de rhe ..
    Kya legal action le skta hu me ??

    I have booked Tata Nexon XM on 26th of October 2020 , and I have been assured by TATA dealership that they will deliver me car as soon as possible but they just have been befooling and till date no final day of delivery and not I'm cancelling my booking ...as they spoiled my festival and vacation now I'm like a losser and dishurtened , kindly help how to fix this

    Thank bro, after this guidence I complened NEXA BALENO dealer (KIRAN MOTORS).
    Don't believe Kiran Motors Dealership.
    They are cheating us.
    Before 2 day delivery they increased my car price and also once I told I don't want additional car accessories so after that they forcing me, you compulsory have to purchase it.
    such a fraud dealship. I cancelled my car after that.

    I have purchased a used car from a dealer. Paid all the amount with extra payment for ownership transfer 7000 to other district.
    its been 10 months, dealer have not transferred the car ownership.
    Can I complain in consumer forum? What is the solution to this problem?

    Main pichle 7 mahino (june 2020 se Abhi tak) mahindra ki Xuv5oo me engine oil leakage ki complaint kar raha 8 se 10 visit kar chuka.Oil jyada leak ho jaane ki wajah se Lubrication proper nai ho paya or gaadi me back compression ka issue aagaya(Dip stick or oil top up cap se white smoke or bahut jyada engine oil aaraha).December se gaadi ki warranty khatam ho gayi.Maine tweet,Mail or Customer care pe call kar complaint ki but Customer care head keh rahe mujhe back compression nai lag raha or jab main akele kisi bhi mahindra service center me gaadi ko dikhata hoon to wo kehte hai gaadi me back compression hai or aaj ab company k customer care head bol rahe gaadi me back compression issue solve karne me jo cost ayegi wo mujhe pay karna hoga.approx 2 lakh.
