In 2007, I had purchased Wagon R seat covers from Maruti dealership. We are in 2018, and still those covers look like new. Not a single tear, even the fitting is still perfect. What I want to say is even when the dealership has overpriced products, still the fit, finish and quality is inpeccable. Usually they have 50% profit margin. Do some bargain and try to get original and best. Also, if the sales guy is not willing to reduce the price of vehicle, ask him for free accessories. If he offers you say 30K accessories, assume you reduced the price of car by 15-20K.

My old i20 had an issue with steering rack and some minor noise in steering. Hyundai authorized service center estimated 40 K and i got it repaired in 10 K from local mechanic. They are trying to fool customers like anything.

I have booked Tata nexon xm petrol in Dec, and paid 10000 as booking and later 1 lac. And when I come to sign finance papers then I come to know that manufacture month was March 2018. I was shocked then bcoz sales person earlier told that nexon have much demanded and is not possible that it could be more than 2-3 months old. I refused to take delivery. Now dealer told me that please inspect vehicle first then take decision. Vehicle already have 10-11 months old.. what should I do.. dealer Concord motors Delhi.
