@@scottdickinson7156 Cool! Which color did you go with? These are solid. Really like it. It's like having a 24-fret double-cutaway hotrodded Les Paul with much better coil tap (technically coil tap and coil split are different, apparently... but I don't understand exactly what that difference is). I wanted a red one - a very specific red one; the pattern was "the one" - but it sold before I could click the Buy button on Sweetwater. However, if I'd bought that "perfect red one", I wouldn't have found this wicked-looking green beast.
@@onceuponashredder I’ve gone for a green one. I love green guitars. Got a green Schecter, Harley Benton, Jackson, Anaconda Gibson, never had a PRS either so I’m looking forward to receiving it!
Noice! No, I hadn't seen that. Pretty sweet. Do you have the white PRS SE Sandblasted CE 24 or a white Jackson Dinky DK2 Ash? What's cool about these types of tops/bodies is that each is unique, so it's just whatever grabs the buyer's eye. I mentioned in the vid that there was a red one I really(!) dug - had a certain symmetry to it I really liked, and the knobs all happened to be on black parts - then some lucky buyer snatched it from me! 😛 Which led me to check out the green ones (which I'd never have done otherwise), then seeing this kwazy spider webby-looking pattern.
If price is any issue at all, there's a less expensive version too: PRS SE CE 24 Standard Satin. They're the same guitar, feature-wise. This one just has a fancier top because of the exotic wood patterns and staining. I could afford this one, but if I didn't want to spend this much money but wanted the exact same features I'd buy the other one. They're nice guitars. Another option in this price range is the PRS SE NF3. I love that guitar. I have two now (just bought the 2nd one). If you haven't looked at the PRS SE NF3, check out my demo of that one. I do the exact same type of walk through all the options.
Once Steve Vai had a guitar, called green meany! The guitar was stolen so than he came to Ibanez. The rest is history...... but maybe Even Steve order one! ♨️😁♨️
Great review! Thinking of getting this puppy myself! Would love to have heard some picking of notes and possibly different chords or songs.
I have one of these on order as I have a Jackson in near enough the same finish so it’d go well with it lol.

Think this would be a good guitar for my first?

@@tymanngruter1808 LOL, I didn't know about the Green Meany!
I’d like to hear some actual jamming or playing. Very boring and uninspiring.
HA! Most comments are "finally, somebody who just lets us hear it without showing off."
