Love your enthusiasm and passion for Stephen King's works. I've recently rediscovered the appeal of his writing. I was always a fan of his work, but hadn't immersed myself in any of his books for many years. I'm now trying to read and reread his entire back catalogue. Just finished 11.22.63 which was astonishingly good. I can only dream of having a collection as impressive as yours. Enjoying all of your posts. Keep them coming.
The short story, The Blue Air Compressor, was originally published in Onan Magazine in January 1971. What you have there is a 2nd publishing in Heavy Metal magazine, from 10 years later.
Recently started getting into Stephen King myself and I really enjoy your videos. I was just wondering what are some of your favorite King short stories? Maybe a future video idea?
I just purchased a First Edition copy of The Colorado Kid; when it arrived this morning, I opened it up and found it was printed in Italian... "Yer, bugger...!"
I have a fair number of his books. I guess the most "special" one is a copy of "Under the Dome" from Waterstones. It's signed and numbered. Similar to your book, it has the city map and character cards. It did come with a slipcover with a slot for the cards. It was a relatively inexpensive way to get a signed book. I think it was $50 or so.
read all his suggestions. i used to carry a list with me in my purse and went through it all. stephen's book read list is very comprehensive and the books listed are great.
Great video and Amazing collection Fuego, watching this I can practically smell the paper that the books are printed on (That's something that you can't get with audiobooks or ebooks.) 😌 I love it
This is my 3rd time watching this, I love Stephen King. I am his Annie Wilkes, lol. I just made a video of my Stephen King Collection. I forgot to add books that had his single short stories with other authors. I love your collection. I wish I knew more about editing but I rather read a good book then learn techie stuff. Come by and check out my collection. Love your hair. I also loved Joyland , it was given to me by someone who said it sucked, we are no longer friends, lol. What about Blaze, it is my new favorite, it's so real.
Pretty nice collection. I've been collecting King for thirty five years and like you I'm a completist and if you can grab the Colorado Kid triple hardcover set. My collection has over 400 books, magazine and collectibles in it. As you like Salem's Lot I was able to get the PS Publishing version which you should get too. You we're asking about collections so I'll sign off here by asking if you have the unauthorised and unpublished Stephen King Collective that was available to print out briefly before being taken down. It has some wonderful pieces in there like Slade and The Plant and dozens of unpublished uncollected stuff. Happy collecting and love your videos
Looking at the Colorado Kid triple but now there's a new version that off hand I cannot recall the publisher but know it's finally an over-sized. And yes, that collection with THE PLANT especially, which is still unfinished hurts my heart. Along with those early DT hardcovers and a few others.
The one uncollected short story I wish Stevo would collect into a collection would be Squad D. Good nostalgic bit from a man's memories from Vietnam with a supernatural twist. I read that one of the net also just like The Blue Air Compressor.
I was super excited to see this episode. Show and tell is great! You've turned me on to Cemetery Dance, which is fabulous, and I LOVE your collection. I aspire to get where you are some day. Not much of a collector, but my exception is all things Stephen King! Also, just picked up American Vampire vol 1 thanks to you and Cecil. My 1st comic EVER 😜 Love The Horror Show, and your Stephen King segment each week, is one my absolute favorites. 👍🏻
Jaime' En Fuego I really like it, in fact I just got volume 2. I'll admit it's been a long time since I've read a comic so getting back into the format was a little slo-go but I think I'm all in now 👍🏻 Skinner Sweet is a fabulous character.
Great video and impressive collection! What I'm hoping to get eventually is a copy of Six Stories. It was a signed, numbered and limited edition from the 80's. I've seen it on eBay for up to $1,000.00. I'm just way to poor! But if I ever win lotto...
badass hardcover collection! even some stuff I've never seen. your cemetery dance stuff is ridiculous. I'd say about 70 percent of my king stuff is mmpb, but hey, I hit up used book stores. happy 4th to u and the horror show peeps!!!
Hey man love the show, I too am a big fan of Stephen King. I have a question you might be able to use for the show and that is if you were to turn one of Kings work into a video game what novel/story would you use, I think a RPG based on the Dark Tower comes to mind for me or even a game based on The Stand, so what would your choice be and what type of game would you make it, Thanks Chad K
Really curious why THAT book in particular keeps getting SO MANY REQUESTS. When I read it I actually liked it despite being disappointed with the Mini-Series on ABC which I saw first as a kid. Being a Sci-Fi guy I was likely more forgiving of certain things but might need to re-read it before the end of the year as a 'Retro Review' with all the inquiries that keep coming.
I don't know about my top 5 but my personal favorite is the uncut version of The Stand, it's really long (his longest actually) but it's really good, although I might be a bit biased because it was the first book of his I read.

I love the old King covers on his original books. :)
Classic art like that never goes out of style.

Currently re-reading all Stephen King books. Such a different experience reading them as an adult than a pre-teen/teenager.
For the ones like IT & THE TOMMYKNOCKERS there is a totally different feeling they induced within me.
Please can you tell me where I can get the illustrated editions
Recently started getting into Stephen King myself and I really enjoy your videos. I was just wondering what are some of your favorite King short stories? Maybe a future video idea?
This question keeps coming up so I think it has to come VERY soon. Gracias for watching Brooke!
gorgeous, gorgeous collection....
Many moons of amassing.
I just purchased a First Edition copy of The Colorado Kid; when it arrived this morning, I opened it up and found it was printed in Italian... "Yer, bugger...!"
Have you read anything by Tabitha King?
The thumbnail for this video is the most adorable thing I've ever seen. Seriously. ❤️
I try.
2:25 are u gonna sell it?

Yeah, mine wasn't too bad either. Around $60 if I recall.

The Glass Floor is also in an edition of Weird Tales with a very nice illustration included. One of my favorites of his short stories.

Gary Haines wins: FLAWLESS VICTORY!

Eleanor Druse was penned by Ridley Pearson who also wrote The Diary of Ellen Rimbaur.
There ya go. Was looking into the DVD prequel the other just out of curiosity's sake.

Curious about your American Vampire feedback if ya got around to it.

Excellent show tonight. You should be proud of your King collection. It's outstanding. Good job!
Not proud. Humbled and blessed to have it.
Awesome collection Fuego!!
You can get it on ebook. Look for it when you reread sk it

I've seen it. One of many that are insane to obtain.

Lawnmower man is in Night Shift 👍👍
I would love a Milkman novel and movie of all of the short stories out there which have not been adapted.
Fantastic video on King’s work by a fan!
i when they first started joined the king book of the month club, it was great.
Samhain! \m/
And I would also like to hear your opinion on Tommyknockers.
TOMMYKNOCKERS Re-review is officially on the docket now for November to celebrate the 30th anniversary.
Have you sold that slip cased copy of The Shining yet...?
Stellar collection. Also I gotta say, the background music sounds like the piano instrumental from the rapper Tech N9ne's song K.O.D. Nice and eerie
You are an expert on Stephen |King literature!!
Yes boodletters is in it and in tommyknockers and in more sk books
he must keep great notes to remember where everybody fits in his books.

Rereading it this Fall.
Hey did u get to read rage?
Read it years ago in the BACHMAN BOOKS collection copy I have. Definitely glorifies school violence unfortunately.
Jaime' En Fuego oh yea I heard that
What's your top five king novels, I'm in the middle of my first "the outsider".... Woah! Can see myself becoming a fan.
I don't know about my top 5 but my personal favorite is the uncut version of The Stand, it's really long (his longest actually) but it's really good, although I might be a bit biased because it was the first book of his I read.

The Horror Show Flag's better 😄

Flagg is cool. Nice explosion of new eateries downtown last time I was there for a concert at Orpheum.
🤘🏻doape collection mang❗🤙🏻
Goddamit what is the red book after the stand
great video
Gracias Wicket.
a man will never understand rose red but if you have been an abused woman then rose red and delores claiborne make perfect sense.
I read The Blue Air Compressor off the net one time. It was pretty good. This guy blows up his fat wife with a big air nozzle. Gross stuff.
Classic King.
Spoiler Alert!
