Long press and hold Multi-function button when earbud is out of case. Keep pressing, do not release. Put earbud into the case (do not release, keep pressing). Don't release until observe the LED turns red. it's work for me.

Just bought mi true wireless earbuds basic and checked and was working, there was low battery as it's new so put into charge. While charging, case and both ear buds shows red light indicating they are charging after 1:30hour of charge when tried to turn on for connecting the buds didn't turn on at all. The left one showed a white light indication for a while but it went off and tried for about 4 hours of charging but still can't turn on but while charging case and both ear buds are charging as red light blinks in the case and shows solid red light indication in buds. What's the problem? Can't find a solution? Anyone have any idea?

Yep it worked, I put a little running water(2-3Seconds) on the airdot right side and it started charging,It removes the dirt, just try to make the charging points wet and not the earbud side and you should be fine as they are sweatproof.

Charging contact point not connect n you have to long press the eaybud 2 minutes n it will charged. Need put paper on top to press to let it charge. (loose issue)

My earbud has to press lightly to charge (assuming its charging because of the red light), then when remove my hand, the earbuds is turn on. I think of maybe to put some tissue or something inside the case, so that when closed it will keep the pressure to make it charging. But I'm scared of overcharged issue

Hey! I don't know if I can help you with this tip but... My left airdot wasn't charging either... And I just saw that the contact pins from the case, one was shinny and the other one was not... I scratched with my nail the not-shinny one and I remove like dirt or something from it and immediately start charging after that....

When you put the earbuds into the charging case, the earbuds wont light red. They will remain unlit. That's a sign you should charge the case.
