Xiaomi Mi True Wireless Right Earbud Not Working (Solved)

Newly bought from Xiaomi Official Store Global Lazada. Right bud is not lighting up and no sound once connected to phone. It is not working at all. This video is requested by their store as a proof that they send me a defective product. I paid for a good and working buds, not for this. Please help.

Update: After uploading this video, I was able to get a replacement for this defective unit :D

Thanks this does work. Ghosh! I was so frustrated.
What I did is pressing the left button about 10/15 sec and putting it on charger while keep pressing the button and boom it lit up.

had the same issue with the left bud -it just went off while listening to music. the right one kept playin, it was totally fine. i tried chargin the left bud for 5 mins but didn't help. then i watched your video and sorry for that but i thought this was a clickbait cuz yours did not work but omg i've put both earbuds in the charging case and kept pressing and holding the buttons on both for a few mins and boom, both are working perfectly fine! thank you bro

Today morning, while i was waiting for my friend on roadside to pick him up. Suddenly, one side of my earbud stopped working. My phone showing it's connected but no light and sound in earbud. I tried many things to get it back on it wasn't responding. Now after watching this video, i long pressed its button while putting it back to case, it started working though. same thing happened with my tws redmi air dots basic 2. i was listening to the music with only right earbuds and it suddenly stop working. i tried to press and hold multiple times its button but no sound and no led blinking then i tried to put it in its charging case to charge but nothing worked and no red charging led worked. i got worried and thought that it is got faulty. after a while i searched for the solution and this video trick worked for me. i tried the same thing on the very first attempt my earbuds was charging and i put it out from case and enjoyed

This didn't work for me, what did work was charging the case with the buds, unplug the case from the charger and do not charge it unless it runs completely out of charge, now use the working bud until it beeps low battery, put it in the case to charge completely, continue using the working bud and charging it in the case until the bud that is not working lights up, once it lights up put both the case and the buds to charge. This process will not work if the working bud is not used until it beeps low battery.

hi, i have a problem with the left earphone, the right one works flawlessly, but the left one does not react at all, when i put it in the box, the diode lights up red as if the handset is charging, but after removing the red diode, of course, it disappears and that's it, it can't be turned on or nothing, I will add that when it is in the box, it is charged non stop and yet it does not turn on after removal.
