whichever side earbuds not working.. just keep that earbuds out of the charging case for around 8-10 hrs.. by doing that its battery will completely drained out and after that u can place it in charging case..
just follow this methods..

Solved it!!! Put case on power ..hold from both earbuds the main button and put them in the case while holding . Both light up red light.
