    Put alarm distant, stretch, mindfulness (barefoot walk or-) stare at object to refocus, daily discomfort (cold shower or-) 2 minute do-it-now (tiny start step) use tools (canva) go outside phoneless, take breaks, make am/pm routines, 2-day rule exercise sched, read at bedtime

    That staring at a thing for 30 seconds was legit thauth to me as a child. I had trouble concentrating, which resulted in spelling mistakes, slow math and such.
    I had to hang a big printed X over my desk and before doing my homework I had to stare and focus on that X.
    It helped. (Even though I remained sceptical at lot of this stuff to my mid twenties, when I finally gave in and accaped, that it is science, not spiritual bullpoop.

    Don't set an alarm. Figure out how early you need to get to bed so your body gets enough sleep. Wake up without an alarm.

    I'm in the country right and love nature...surrounded by woods between 2 vineyards on each side...the animals have been coming out like crazy...even a black snake that freaked me out at first...then I got excited and thought I got him on video but I didn't. ..lol

    I like watching you - so helpful and I am older and retired so I will also save $100,000 dollars in retirement in NZ - awesome videos. I have $60,000 in my retirement savings - I also wear sports gear and follow Minimalism at home - I like second hand stores as well - good T=shirts and coats as well.
    I found Hallensteins NZ is best as well - good T-shirts and I like buy 3XL so it is loose fitting - and saves me wearing dresses as well - I use to have black dresses in my wardrobe I no longer do that now - as a dress costs $100.00 or $40.00 - I found the T-shirts you can get two for $30 or Cotton On has T-shirts for $5.00

    Great info and thank you! But may I give a constructive idea? With that level of continual info, I felt you needed to slow down. I would have enjoyed it far more if it felt more relaxed. The continual fast pace made me feel tense.

    My most beneficial investment has been getting a SAD lamp. It's incredible! It means I can wake up naturally and honestly it's made the world of difference not being jolted awake by an alarm!

    Ready player 2 did kind of suck. If your looking for some good fiction I’d recommend Andy Weir if you have not ready any of his stuff.
    Also the alarm trick didn’t work to well for me as I went straight back to bed lol. But I’ll keep at it.

    Letting your kids live with you until they're more established is a major help.
    Paired with pushing them to be great makes it nearly impossible for them to fail.

    The best thing I did for waking up properly was to sleep with the curtains/blinds open so more often than not, I wake up with the sunlight.

      I wish I could do that but waking up to bright light increased my chances of waking up with a migraine.

      I naturally wake up at 5:30am but I have to keep my blinds shut otherwise the sunlight will wake me up before 4am 😄

    If you buy a Tesla, you will be so sorry! For someone who is so financially smart, a purchase of a Tesla is a bad move financially. It will cost you 20 to 30 thousand every few years for a battery. Plus if you have winter in your state the car will suck!! Just heads up!!

    Something I struggle with is that I can go 1-3 months, doing everything I need to then all of a sudden, I wont want to do anything and then I lose myself and start not doing small things and then I get back into it after 1-2 weeks
