Welcome to Crazy Singing! I'm Marc and it's great to meet you!!! I talk about the craziest vocals of all time here #BonJovi
Music by White Bat Audio
Bon Jovi has the most beautiful voice in Rock History: it's not only high but also very emotional
Yeah, Bed of Roses is amazing... I love this song
Anthony Kiedis has more emotion
Agree .but not only that, they fullest also. I m sure he has the most frequencies but also most nuances.
HAD
The ALWAYS D5 is so clean I love it.
i can only sing half of the song "always" flawlessly. but after that the vocal strains hits me. bon jovi is a legendary male vocalist.
That’s awesome though! Don’t push yourself trying to get there, it’ll happen sooner or later. But it won’t happen if you hurt yourself! Take care friend and thanks for watching & commenting
Yes, he absolutely was.
I think the song living on a prayer is pretty hard. it goes very high.
m.ua-cam.com/video/pCQ6Qr_PDiM/v-deo.html
@@mambe939 that guy has a high range and sounds pretty close to bon jovi but his accent ruins it. hes clearly not american cause he has a weird accent.
@@mambe939 black gryphon and roomie official and anthony vincent do it way better
and ruined his voice
@@tobi_dbg did Bon Jovi ruin his voice? it definitely destroys my voice when I try to sing like him.
Santa Fe is one of the hardest Bon Jovi songs. A true masterpiece.
Jon in "Something To Believe in" Yokohama is amaizing
Still think the high note in “Never Say goodbye” (minute 3:59 in the song) is one of the best he’s done because it had both a fairly high note WITH a lot of distortion!🙌🏻 His voice reach a point where your heart breaks🥺
I covered that one on my Short about Jon! It sounds so powerful. It's a C# with lots of rasp indeed
@@CrazySinging oooo I’ll check it out!!
There is no Minute 3:59??
@@Celina-kw4ft if you read the comment you’ll see that I’m talking about a song that is not in the video. I’m talking about the minute in the song I’m mentioning.
I'd like to know what range Richie Sambora was hitting, because he always complimented Jon's voice.
Been waiting for this lets go!
Btw I think Jon has some powerful vocals too in songs in the These Days album love it.
Let's Make It Baby has Jon's highest recorded notes on imo. Some of the screams and squeals are insane.
The one on Keep the Faith was actually on the 6th octave. His technique might have degraded his voice over time, but WHAT A ROCK LEGEND
Nice...
For living in sin there are more live performances like Rotterdam with that kind of high notes. For the song "Keep the faith" too...
It could be Nice to analize "With a little help from My Friends" (Bon Jovi Cover, 1992, show: "At evening with bon Jovi"), and the epic performances of I'll be there for You in 1989.
Thanks for the video!!! Excellent as always.
los recitales hechos en el 92'-95' tienen las mejores voces de Jon puestas en escena, es un genio hermoso
Y la mejor banda en directo del mundo desde año 86 al 95
Jon Bon jovi is just absolutely amazing 👑🛐
was
Bon Jovi is one most beautiful singer of the world, like Chester Bennington, Steven Tyler ecc
It’s vids like this that make me really sad to see how far his voice has declined. Right through to the end of the These Day’s tour he was an excellent, powerful and charismatic singer. Smoking and age really did a number on him from 2000 onwards, when the decline began to become evident. (although on the Bounce tour he was great)
Age might factor into it but smoking maybe not so much he stopped smoking years ago although in his days he did have problem with voice due to touring too much bit give the guy a break hez been performing for over 40 years doing 3 4 hour sets it bound to take its toll on his voice but I for one are still happy to see him live even now hes still got that stage presence and can work a crowd he truly is a brilliant songwriter and frontman and no one can take that away from him
My guitar lies bleeding in my arms, let's make it baby, and lie to me are all pretty amazing and difficult bon jovi songs, but the one I mentioned above that takes the proverbial vocal cake would have to be let's make it baby because he goes above and beyond, it's actually pretty damn close to what you had in spot number 0 and is just incredible to hear
Here's the version I mentioned, as the one released on the son's of beaches new jersey demo cd is different
ua-cam.com/video/D2AadV-1Kdo/v-deo.html
Yeah but Jon hits the same G#5 he does in the KTF in Stockholm live.
I think the song I'll be there for you has some crazy vocals but the one at 4:00 is absolutely insane. It's my favourite vocal part of all time
Justo iba a decir lo mismo
Yeah... gives me chills everytime...
"I didnt mean to miss your birthday Baby. I wish i'd seen you blown those candles out..... AHHHHHH" 🥹🥹
Yeeessss! Those screams! Legendary.
The keep the faith one is amazing, everything he and the band produces is amazing
I seen Bon Jovi live at Soldier Field in Chicago and it was AMAZING!!!! JON is my favorite💞💞💞
It's saw not seen.
The spot number 0 is the key to destroy your vocal cords. 2 or 3 surgeries explain very well he never was singing technically right....but WHAT A SINGER, LADIES & GENTLEMEN!!! History of Rock!!
Great video and great examples!
That means a lot, friend!
Regarding Living In Sin, I think the best live performance is in Rotterdam 1989. U shoud check it out! Jon literarly nails it!
bon jovi forever
I'll be there for you is pretty hard too.
Love lies from debut album, wowww high notes too
He’s a legend.
В какой-то момент он стал петь так высоко, что перестал слышать на одну секунду!👏
После 1:59
JON É MARAVILHOSO! A VOZ ENCANTA!♥️♥️💋💋💋🇧🇷
Bon jovi and Jon Bon jovi GOATED
The screen in I’ll be there for you is ready incredible
Yeeeesssss!!! Those screams in Living in Sin and I’ll Be There For You are phenomenal!
Runaway had a crazy one on the second and last solo at the end
I’ll be there for you. That’s insane.
Bon Jovi rocks.
finally a correct video about highest Jon notes, thank you
wow, I'm glad you liked it! thank you for commenting
Pues es el mas hermoso y talentoso con una tonalidad increíble lo amo
That whistle on i'll be there for you. O think its most impossible one.
I have actually covered ALWAYS on my other channel, it isn't actually as difficult as it sounds!
I was surprised that the scream part for I'll Be There For You wasnt in here.
The keep the faith vocal line is insane
These screams are borderline whistle tone’s definitely in the 6th octave!!! Jon bon jovis voice definitely one of my favourites
Some of his vocals from 1988-95 incredible 🤩
I recommend the last part of
"never say goodbye"song
without love the WHOA-OA-OA-OA is very high and powerful
Please, do a Vince Neil impossible vocal lines, everyone it's just making fun of him now when he was INCREDIBLE good in the 80s, and i think he deserves little bit of recognition, he is so underrated and i don't know why, a lot of Mötley Crüe demos, unreleased songs, underrated and obviously official songs, including his solo album "Exposed", he deserves it, and considering his unhealthy lifestyle and not caring for his powerful voice... All the problems and tragedies that he went through, being addicted to drugs since he was 10 years old and from party to party every day, when his fame spread worldwide the parties where in the morning, un the afternoon, at night, at dawn... the fights, the arrests, and appearing in the studio to record without having slept, still drunk and hoarse, and yet his recordings were impeccable and success after success his talent along with that of his bandmates made the world marveled, even after Vince's daughter died of cancer at the age of 4 and he went into a deep depression and suicide attempts he continued to create incredible music and having started as a guitarist in local bands he became a singer without ever having had no reference or previous experience, the rest is history of a legend⭐⭐. Thank you, i love your content
Vince has a high voice, but he runs out of breath constantly, even in the 80s
Vince Neil has actually an amazing vocal line. But the more he shout, he sounded like a screaming cat.
@@taypaddy Yes, i think Vince does not show the vocal quality that he has, and instead of being still focusing on his voice and sounding good he spends the whole concert running and jumping and at the end he is out of breath very soon.
@@taypaddy In what song or songs do you think he gives the best of his voice? It can be from any Mötley Crüe song, from his solo albums or on stage, because if he wanted to, he whould sound better than Steven Tyler or Axl Rose.
infelizmente a voz acaba. mas as obras da banda esta ai pra quem quiser relembrar e ouvir coisa boa.
90% sure that in the last clip Jon is singing a G#6. There were quite a few 80's rock singers who sang in that register (Eric Martin(Mr.Big) David Lee Roth, Billy Idol, Bryan Adams ecc.) Nice list btw!
It’s the insane power of the first harmonic, but the fundamental is G#5!
It's actually a G5
Jon was amazing in his prime.
P.s. - Please... Dont mension David Lee roth. This one has so little range and live is excruciatingly BAD...
@@LuchezarTzochkov Yeah, that note created an overtone, which crazy singing calls harmonic, but it's a distorsion effect adding the resonance along the mycrophone.
@@ImJuanChannel I think it can be called both second harmonic or overtone in this case too since it’s more powerful than the fundamental. In fact the fundamental is barely detected on the few softwares I tried, but the microphone/quality of recording and other noises present could be affecting this too. It definitely reaches G# according to Adobe Audition, though. ibb.co/r4nWL2j
Is the note from the keep the faith live the same from the new jersey outtake lets make it baby?
I think must be included Bed Of Roses and I'll Be There For You, both after guitar's solo.
I tell ya, it's just gonna be like that, no matter the artist, the song, the lyric..... SOMEBODY gonna say, " You shoulda...." Just the nature of the beast. We all beast when it comes to being a fan! Evey'ting be ahright!
Could you do a Rod Stewart video ?
My favorite is the ending of Runaway
The last two examples... I'm trying to figure out how to replicate that.
Does anyone have a clue just how he does it?
The I'll be there for you and Livin in sin scream is a powerful and very very loud note with distorsion hitting a C#5-D#5, or even E5 and F5, with an overtone created by pressing hard against the upper front paladar. Basically, you go all-in, put the whole sound towards.
You can watch some other vids with better audio quality than that one, for example, live in Rotterdam.
There's another way to create a sound kinda similar, by inhaling, and it's more powerful and you can reach the 6th octave, but it's dangerous, very very dangerous. But Jon's are definitely exhaling.
ua-cam.com/video/3eYHoytbS_o/v-deo.html
try watching that one... That scream at the end has the biggest quality. You can listen how the sound is actually not like a tunnel-alien sound like it sounds here, but a powerful scream with distorsion
You could add to this the end of "Runaway".
I thought "Ill be there for you" would be on list
He sounded like Axl Rose on the transposed part of the Prayer.
He did right
Omg.. that was so cool
Please, can you do an episode about the famous Tarzan's call? Some say that it was done by an opera singer...
🥰💚🙏😄💌😘💋🌹😁😆🌈❤😊❣🤩😍⚘☺ thank you so much for uploading this one , I love Bon jovi soooo muchh
He's only crazy on studio only tho.. sadly, when sing live his voice has never been the same
His best vocal range was before 1996
Yes :)), Wanted dead or alive - studio version is so good , its live version is not good to compare with
An hour and a half of constant improper high key singing, dancing, running around
2 times per week
2000+ shows in 30 years will do that to your voice
Whereas in the studio, You have time to rest and you only do a few songs per recording session
Idk if we've seen the same video but he just put two lives one where he sings the whole Livin On A Prayer Key Change and his highest note ever sung. He surely sounds differently most of the time live so I'd agree with you on that but he would rely on his nasal technique for avoiding fuck his voice up, something I've noticed myself. His best shows til this day are Blaze Of Glory (Oscars 1991) and Good Guys Don't Always Wear White (1994 Movie Awards). He has tons of shows showing his true skills live but I find those I've mentioned to be the very best of him
Those higher notes from Jon sound more like 6th octave notes than 5th octave notes.
Would you do Mortan Harket of A-HA next ?
Could you make a video about A-ha's Morten Harket? He holds a high note for 20 seconds in "Summer Moved On" and of course, the high note from "Take on Me"
PS: Hi from Brazil!
I would love to! I'll add him to my list. Hi back from Argentina
@@CrazySinging ¡Gracias! ❤️
Could you do Brian Johnson next ?
Lets Make it Baby: G#6
Amazing
Hey, Dude! Thanks a lot for this video! 💓👍👍👍👍👏👏👏Personally me is a massive fan of Jon and his voice work! I do know his absolutely INCREDIBLE singer. But all i saw before here in UA-cam videos are some Same Type Parsing based on the one of his early live performances of "Livin' On The Prayer ". Where so-called themselves "voice-coaches" analyse his so-called by them "singing stage mistakes". They are all So meanly not even able to Rock 100 people with their vioces, pretending they understand every litte thing about Jons voice.... So Disgusting to listen to them... 🤮
Thank you! I’m glad you could enjoy and it’s beautiful to see all the research that I put into the videos ends up being appreciated and worth it
Nice!
Runaway live 1984, the end vocals are unbelievable, possibly higher than anything on the list here?
Could be harder than imagination to be honest!
look at runaway live 1984, japan
He didnt struggle because he sang this part a few times
I think the hardest is the high note on ill be there for you
In the recording studio he hits even higher in 1984.
May I suggest that you feature Dimash? His Diva Dance would be a good start.
Spot no 0 F#6 and G#6
Jon Bon Jovi, vai ser sempre estrela em quanto existe, não importa mas agudo ou vocal, será sempre Jon Bon Jovi
JON BON JOVI is the best ever!!!!!
My guitar lies bleeding in my arms is number one isn't it
edit: I am very disappointed, but all the other are deserving
Para cuando toca Dio. Me está gustando este canal, saludos
Gracias amigo! Definitivamente hablaré sobre Dio en un futuro muy cercano
living on a prayer remember me a lot of axl voice
He says his voice was, I hate the word ruined, because he never learned how to warm up or how to sing properly. He now takes that very seriously. Jon still rocks it tho.
Talk about Klaus meine ( Scorpions)
best needs MORE RECOGNITION
How about R.E.M.'s Michael Stipe? Scott Stapp?
Man you should do Paul McCartney too
Do DIO next
please do Miljenko Matijević, thé singer for steelheart. he’s pretty insane
Just posted a video on Miljenko!
hey,
how about the shout of Homebound Train??
maby it's the craziest.
You missed 1 Mtv unplugged, - "we gotta get out of this place:"
I don't understand how he can sing the last song
Dude! you SERIOUSLY gotta look up Nina Hagen! She's got a range that'll blow your fucking Mind!!!!!!
I think it's missing Runaway
Sante Fe
Craziest Layne Staley lines plzz
Do one for Jim Morrison
Does anybody know how to find that video of bon jovi singin always?
The demo of Always? Or one of the last two clips?
Please Billie Joe Armstrong, Green day
0:55 It doesn't become true just by repeating it over and over again.
what about Runaway the very first single of the band
