- Here I show how to gear up at level 80 for SWTOR PVP. As of Patch 7.3.1, you need a total of 680 FP-1 Stabilizers to upgrade your earpiece to iLVL332, which will then unlock 332 mods at Hyde and Zeek. The best way for solo players is to farm Veteran Flashpoints.

This still works in Patch 7.4! Just keep running flashpoints until you can upgrade the earpiece to 336 instead of 332. Also, if you are on Imp side you go to Lord Fural for the Ossus earpiece. Downstairs, right next to the lifts when you arrive in Ossus via the Galaxy Map. Coordinates (5384, -4604).

Been trying my PT too. But even in PvE I['m finding it really squishy. Can't even manage Heriocs with it. 2/3 Golds and I'm down.

If you're struggling with Heroics, try to get your companion affection maxed and set their role to heal. It helps a lot keeping you alive.

@@ivano1337 Thanks. This really helped me gear up last night. Ran vet flashpoints almost got my ear to 332. At first I couldn't for the life of me find the vendor on Ossus because I didn't realize Imperial had a different location. And that location is pretty hidden too.

Your guides are very helpful thank you very much ! I want to ask you something if they increased the pvp cap to 340ilvl ? Because i got my epic enchantments but it seem to be weaker than my blue 340ilvl enchantments.
They didn't. Pvp cap is 336. When you compare stats, make sure you do so in a Warzone or on the Rishi stronghold as you will have different stats there compared to the fleet!
Where do you get the 252 ear for imperial? I couldn't find Major Pucenisco on OSSUS.

So Brother, thanks vor all The Videos i just came back Tom The Game and started pvp this time, your videos are a blessing! Just two quick questions, I already unlocked the 336 blue mods/armoring and the purple enhancements. Now some friends told me if I want to do only pvp it’s still better to farm the 332 pvp set instead of 336 blue/purple H&Z gear. S this true? It’s gonna take a while to upgrade all the gear from pvp and I wanted to know if you would recommend the 332 over 336 mod gear.

That being said, you will need to farm the 332 Thyrsian relics, since those have slightly more power than the 336 equivalent.
Second question: Right now, I would play Rage. Ranged is too strong right now (looking at you Madness!) so you will rarely have a good melee stack fest to make vengeance worth it.
Ok so if I’m 336 and want to optimize I just grab the pvp relics and rest of the gear is good to go for pvp?

Thanks! Don't take this the wrong way, but the difference in augments is not THAT big. So if you're getting outplayed easily, it's probably due to difference in experience/skill or team mates.

Is the reason you only do Hammer Station and Red Reaper because they are quick, or are they the only FPs that drop the earpieces? Would rather do a random FP and also get the weeklies etc if it doesn't matter.
You can do any fp yeah. I do those cause they are quick

I believe it should but haven't tested it. Give it a try and let me know what you find!
I would make a note though that at this point people should just grind out the 336 ear piece since you can get a full set of 336 gear by deconstructing it at Hyde.

Do you only have to do the quests once, or you have to do it on every character?
Only once, but then you can buy the mods only on that character
Some my equips is only to change the color. This is a category? When I get better equip, When I get better equipment, will I be able to modify it? I have a lot of doubts on that point.
When you upgrade your PVP gear, it will change the quality and color. But it does not become moddable, if I understand your question right?

Quick question. Instead of stopping at 336, can we not just keep upgrading with the same veteran flashpoint runs to 340, then visit Hyde?
Yes, you can! This guide was written from the POV of a PVPer, so stopping at 336 (patch 7.4) would be enough if all you do is pvp

hey man! im kinda confuse, is not necessary to upgrade to 336 for pvp? what happen if there is people with 336 againts me if i have a 332 gear? will i get rekt? sorry im new to the game
No, 336 gear is not better in PVP. 332 gear will give the same stats. 340 gear (from R4 HM raid) gives a small advantage (around 2% better) but with 332 gear you are competitve for sure.

Yes, performance drops a lot. Especially in the newer warzones
Try lowering graphics as much as possible, but beyond that not much to do other than wait for directx 12

You need to upgrade step by step, so 324 -> 326, then 328 etc. Wasn't very clear in the video tbh

last part is a bit bad explained: How do i get the purple form pvp that is 332 to decon for the Hyde and Zeek quest exactly?
Step 1: Buy the blue pvp gear from pvp gear vendor in combat training section
Step 2: Get weekly pvp quests from mission terminal in combat training section
Step 3: Play PVP and complete weekly quests (can be repeated 6 times per character)
Step 4: Upgrade PVP gear using the upgrade caches from the weekly quests OR go to the PVP upgrade vendor in the combat training section and upgrade gear manually, using WZ-1 accelerants, which you also get from the weekly quests.
Step 5: Repeat step 4 until your earpiece and relics are all upgraded to ilvl 332
Step 6: Repeat step 4 one more time and open one more upgrade cache to get an extra 332 purple item (does not matter which)
Step 7: Return to Hyde and Zeek to get the 332 artifact quest
Step 8: Deconstruct your extra 332 item to unlock purple enhancements
Step 9: Buy purple enhancements from Zeek (might need to change the filter on top of the window to show all enhancements)
Step 10: Replace your blue enhancements with the purple ones. GG! You have completed SWTOR PVP gearing.

You need to upgrade the Implants too because the upgrade caches will give you upgrades based on your lowest ilvl slot. But you can upgrade the Implants through pvp because the weeklies give 2000 tech frags each

which mods should i buy for my madness sorcerer?
3 alacrity enhancements, rest crit (4 enhancements). Get the dps armornings/mods with the higher mastery, lower endurance (the low mastery/high endurance is for tanks)
Helped me a lot! But I forgot to change the blue item to purple at the time of completing the quest and all items are blue now. Does anyone know if I can fix this? Or just with another character
So you are full 332 but blue instead of purple? If I understand you correctly, you can simply accept the other Hyde and Zeek Quest (Artifact) and deconstruct a purple item lvl 332.

On the fleet, supply section, there is the Flashpoint gear upgrade vendor. He trades the 332 earpiece for the 330.earpiece + FP commendations.

Not conquest commendations but warzone accelerants, which you get from playing pvp.

Yeah you first need to farm all the FP1 stabilizer (think it's about 500, check video) and then upgrade the 324 to 326, then you can buy 328, then 330, then 332. It's a step-by-step process

There are no pvp implants. Everyone uses the same legendary implants, which go up to 334 currently. (Next Tuesday this will be raised to 340)

So how do you get all artifact gear at 336 now? The video stopped at purple enhancements
That's because there are no purple armorings, hilts or mods etc. Only Enhancements will be purple. Idk why they did it like that. Really confusing if you ask me. So you unlock the purple enhancements, replace your blue enhancements with them and for the slot that are not moddable, you get the gear from the PVP vendor and upgrade through PVP. Explained that at 8:13 in the video.

5:50 i tested it with my sin tank, i cannot confirm this, i did master mode red reaper and only got 324 pieces.. i tried it for about 15 times, i only killed the 1st and 2nd boss though

How do we get legendary implants ?
Supply section on the fleet - outer ring, there is an NPC "Implant Researcher". He will give you a quest that unlocks Legendary Implants.
I had a question, How can I share my 336 mods I unlocked on my Sith Juggernaut to other characters? I noticed I could mail them to my characters but that’s about it.
You can buy a set of "Binds to legacy" gear and put the mods in there. This gear you can then share between your characters. Keep in mind that you need multiple weapons and offhands depending on the class you play

Forgot to say: you can buy legacy gear on the fleet, supply section (at the opposite end compared to the implant vendor). Adaptive gear vendor. But note that the weapons and off-hand are bind on equip so for those you go to the spoils of war vendor (also supply section) and buy the unidentified mainhand/offhand for tech fragments.
@@ivano1337 Well come to think of it I was wondering you’re opinion on if 340 gear is worth stopping at. Like is it worth going past that? Operations I’ve never done before and I’m trying to do all solo stuff until I have to do Operations. I and enjoy PVP and PVE. My goal is to hit 340 item gear rating and my legendary implants I am about to get 330 item rating to unlock the achievement to make them cheaper across all characters so excited about that.

Anyone encountered an issue with the spoils of war Vendor where even when set to Immortal, when you buy an offhand weapon it only gives a Focus not a shield? I've only tried 3 times but that's 1350 tech shards I'm never getting back.
I just tried it and it gives me a shield.
Make sure you set your loot discipline to immortal by right-clicking on your character portrait. Being immortal combat style is not enough.
We can upgrade it only to 332? Or i can do 336 with the same way?
Yes, you can 100% do it to 336 for PVE
Why do you only need 332 gear for PvP and not 336?
Because of Level Sync, your stats are lowered on gear above 332 in pvp
Is there any cause why to only go for 332 this way and not to 336 besides having to do more fps? For pvp it’s capped okay, but if you also want to use it for pve, could also just upgrade to 336?
No reason. You can go straight to 336 if you want to pve.

I'm so bored of heroics from previous patches i can't.
I mean you can do the conquest doing any other activity too
This is so lond winded, Buy a green ear piece with conquest commendations upgrade it to the lvl you need and then run flash points until a blue of the same lvl drops and that save your fp-1s for other things.
Once you get the blue ear piece then go to hide and seek and yes blue ones will drop from vet fp-s.
Don't think this works for new players, because as far as I know, there is no fast way to farm conquest commendations unless you can complete conquest with multiple characters. So imo this is slower unless you already have a lot of conq commendations stockpiled. Thanks for the comment!

The point is to see what other ppl in the warzone are doing. Can't see that if you're playing in first person. The point of looking down is to better judge your distance to your target for cleaner movement
