You made some very valid points, T. And I'm glad you stick to your principles, as opposed to catering to the Finalmouse apologists/cultists. What they don't seem to understand is that, if they settle for and justify the poor QA, then the company has no incentive to do better.
However, I'm not sure Finalmouse deserves a pat on the back for doing something they should've been doing from the start.
LETS GO!! Push innovation. Being an early adopter to something new is always a risk. Good to see they corrected the issues. As a batch 1 owner who had similar issues, I am sending mine in to get them fixed soon. I can let you know how that goes.

I own a Finalmouse ULX Tiger (L), and it is simply a phenomenal mouse. Full stop. It is incredible. Lightweight. Light clicks. Clean clicks. And basically no other wireless mouse has lower latency. And that does convey in-game to landing more shots, especially when sniping fast moving targets or drag scoping fast moving targets. It simply delivers over and over again. It's perfect. My 2nd in command is the Razer Viper V3 Pro, which is also amazing, has a better scroll wheel, and better scroll wheel clicks. Everything else is bested by the ULX, however, in my humble opinion.
If I were to ever tattoo my fingers, I'd be hard pressed to find something better than you've written. Respect.
I had first batch ULX. It just didnt matter that it had some flex because you dont put pressure like this on a mouse

I know a few streamers that have finalmouse and they all ended up having some problem with them over time, keep in mind these are people gaming 8 hours a day every day.

My S flexes on 1 side. This mouse has a nice shape and weight destribution, but the QC and not updating their customers about shipping delays till last minute really turned me off. Great mouse, crappy company.

Sticking up for finalmouse is crazy. For the price point it better be perfect. The batches bullshit and lack of quality control is pathetic. Plenty of better mice out there. High price doesn’t always equal quality
The dumbest argument I've heard is that because they're a relatively smaller company as compared to like Razer or Logitech that people should expect them to not be able to deliver quality everytime, which is a wild statement to me. For what they charge for products they absolutely should be able to make sure they at least have solid construction if nothing else nevermind the rest of the features.

Companies are pushing materials to its limits to give us the lightest experiance, its physically impossible to make a 20 gramm Vaxee type mouse. They sacriface rigidity to make the lightest mouse possible, and to be fair they absolutly nailed it with this mouse, its just not my shape and thats the ONLY REASON i don't buy it.
I made an example on one of your previous uploads when i saw you first using a a forcemeter 🤣🤣🤣don't get me wrong a forcemeter comes in very handy to mesure for example friction when testing mousepads or mouse skates. Noone cares how aerodynamic a tank is or if a Racecar has a cup holder.. seriously its just not important LOL

Recently my Finalmouse ULX Cheetach Guardian has arrived.
I absolutely love the build quality and the overall feel of the mouse. I also like the software side and the performance, including very long battery life.
And trust me, I own Razer Viper Mini Signature Edition "Limited Edition", which I had to RMA 2 times (got third mouse now) and right now I consider another RMA - the mouse wheel wobbles side to side and ticks on all my models. Also the shape on Cheetach ULX is much better to my taste, but my hands are really small for a male, so that's probably it.
the strawberries on the glass is a nice touch... makes the desk to not look so empty... kinda weird but nice...
I order the new Finalmouse the ULX pro Tarik, I watched all of your reviews for the ULX currently been using a g pro for the past 2 years and I’m really tired of it and can’t wait to move on.
You're 100% right that they need to be called out on the things they do poorly. However, when I make comments about how some people may want it anyway notwithstanding the flex, it wasn't because of hype. It's a cost benefit analysis where you might want the benefits of the product even though there are downsides. We have a few other light mice but my point is, If no one else is delivering certain features, they may be worth it to you if the downsides don't out weigh them for you personally.
This would’ve been the endorsement I needed to pull the trigger, although I dislike that a bad review was all they needed to not send you a review copy🤔
It’s great to see these improvements come to light. Yet, 1 of the downsides is it took multiple batches for these improvements to come when most should have been there in the first place. Kinda of a pity mine doesn’t have some of these fixes but that’s just how it is for buying the 1st drop

Final mouse is an amazing mouse that doesn’t last for 💩. I’ve owed 9 of them. 5 stopped working within a year all the same issue. Left mouse button would enter 2 inputs for every click instead of just one.
I will still buy just because they feel the best. They are far from best made.
You can say whatever you want with finalmouse QC but they always innovated then everyone follows

With so many holes on it it's not intended for the long term use, definitely not gonna pay for their overpriced beta-test. Will wait for Razer Viper V3 Pro that's coming out soon
Hot take: Razer is THE best peripherals company at the moment. Their mice, headsets, mics and keyboards are all really good. People hating on them haven't tried their shit after 2019.
