Awesome collection. He and Jay Leno along with Seinfeld should be the hosts of American Top Gear. They have real/true passion for cars and are genuinely funny.

Neil Anblomi I knew a guy who put an Olds Toranado motor and transmission into a beetle. He had to remove the back seat and fabricate frame rails to support it. He told me at around 120 mph it got “real unstable” LOL ! But not many cars could beat him off the line !
I love people with a passion for cars, hence I love Tim and always DVR Jay Lenos Garage! Just wish I had the $$$ to afford a garage full of them myself!

Love my Volt too. Funny as it is a first gen and still the most modern of all his cars in that collection.

I liked his mid 1990s SS version Caprice Classic. GM/Chevy only made that sedan model for a brief period. 1995-1997 era.

Last longer? I don’t know. I grew up in the sixties and we were happy if a car lasted a year without starting to rust. After three years it was just a question of how many holes you’d have in the body.
