Gorgeous. Love the unusual large dome shaped window which will let a lot of light in and the light coloured wood beams on the ceilings. Also because the rooms are not over big it is cozy and peaceful. The garden is beautiful and tranquil.

A very neat we’ll kept home. However, judging from the decor style, I don’t really think the designer really likes the Spanish style. I think the Spanish design style could have been implemented better within the interior of the home.
I really feel sad when l see these spanish facades, and then so modern inside! To me, that's mutilation .

Beautiful house. Architecturally Spanish but the decor is not in keeping with the. Bones.
Beautiful house but I am guessing this home originally had arched entry walls. Why would anyone take them out and replace with rectangular opening? Spoils the character of a Spanish style home.

House is beautiful but all the white styling is terrible. It looks soulless, almost like a nursing home.
I like the spanish style home, but many of the personal decor choices are not great. The house needs more color. The furniture is a no. The light fixtures are a definite no. You took a house that is meant to have character, and stripped away much of the character by making everything look like a white linen closet. I like the use of neutral tones in a house, but you can take it too far.

There is nothing remotely Spanish about this house. It has been gutted of all charm & character. And whoever is the current decorator/designer has the personality of wet paper towels.
Actually, this house is only a few years old. It’s a new build construction designed to look like an old Spanish home on the outside because it’s within a historic neighborhood.
