Hi, Thank you for this video. I have a zanussi zwf14581w. I tried the reset as described in your video but I am still having an issue with the machine. The issue is the machine doesn’t drain or spin during a wash programme. However, it will drain and spin if I select the drain or spin programmes separately. Any suggestions you have would be appreciated. I have already checked the filter and there is nothing blocking it. Thank you.
@FionaLearnsPiano thanks Fiona, To me it sounds like the carbon brushes could be worn down and needing replacing. Is it possible you can remove them to check or know someone who could do it for you ?

I tried resetting as in the video but doesnt do anything different when I turn the dial with the buttons held. No error codes. Any ideas? Thanks.
