@@AnamorphicOnABudget thank you for your reply and the work you do on this channel. I watched this video intently for this info but I must be missing something. I see which taking lenses you are using and their angle if view 58mm, 135mm, 85mm so I saw that but indidnt hear mention of the kowas focal length which is needed for the calculator.

Tito Ferradans Love your videos man! Hey, I was wondering, have you ever tried turning your anamorphic lenses 90 degrees when shooting? instead of superwide cinemascope you get a really trippy looking 1:1 aspect ratio!!! Also, can you please try out turning your camera on its side, and then turning the lens 90 degrees as well? Im just interested in what kind of image you can get from this process. Also, here is a video of someone doing what i talked about first. I think it looks pretty cool! vimeo.com/61184180
Bro, have you tried to film something in vertical? Aligning the lens to emulate the way the old film cameras
Any input on the differences between this and the Kowa 16-s?
what is the field of view for this lens - are they different across the different variants of this lens?
The data is in the video. There are different angles of view over multiple Kowas.

The Kowa has no focal length. No anamorphic adapters have focal lengths. The focal length in the calculator is always for the taking lens.
@@AnamorphicOnABudget Thank you _ I understand now.
I've seen a kowa 16, only 16. Do you know the difference between that one and others like 16D, 16h, etc?
Tito Ferradans thank you!!
