I am soon to be 62. This conversation between the two of you young gentlemen is so very heartwarming and brings much hope and faith.
I’ve watched the change in my grown 4 kids and their generation lead the change in making sure they have a healthy life/work balance. Thats so different than the generation I grew up in. That’s not something we talked about as much.
To see your generation strive to take it farther and be the change that I believe our world needs and open up healing for the next generation. I can’t wait to see what doors this opens for my grandchildren’s generation.
Thank you for being the change our world needs. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and soul.❤

A great partnership is someone that come along and will actually be a complement to your work meaning not just being their but being apart of the team. Knowing when to step back and knowing when to step up, and not minding that apart of helping is to give distance when asks and understand why without to much push back.

I’m starting to feel that this is an extreme path but the middle path is a path of balance and peace . I think both paths are ok just different. It’s good to choose consciously and except what comes. Something else i also appreciated hearing from him is being of service. I have a non profit organisation called Centre of Hope. I always say to people who want to form part of it, is that they need to have a heart of servitude. It shouldn't always be about what we can gain from the world and everyone, but it should be about how we can be of service with our minds, hearts, gifts, etc to create the change the change we want to see.

"Spirituality helps me to sift through the noise." That is such a powerful statement. I feel like most people get caught up when they are successful and they let in too much noise and in the midst of that, they get lost. Mike's family and his upbringing, helps keep him grounded. #GrownManStatus dialect.

What a beautiful, open, honest conversation. This is the epitome of vulnerability = strength. I don’t often see interviews of Michael like this so it was very cool to have a window into his thoughts and views. Kudos to Jay for creating a space in which we can learn from each other!

I can certainly relate to trying to get away from everyone's expectation of perfection. Everyone's human and makes mistakes.Great interview.

I’ve been a fan of Michael for a long time but never felt like I KNEW him until now. And I know I’ll never get to know the depths of his soul but this gave a great window into it. Mike you are one of the most truthful down to earth men in Hollywood. I would rather would work with people that really want to see you thrive in real life. Someone who’s gonna push you and protect you at the same time which is needed in Hollywood. This is a good interview that help me to find myself. i always want to do podcast, be a business person and etc. i am going to reflect and go for it.

I love being apart of moments that cause me to reflect on what was shared. This conversation was sooo rich and Michael has such a beautiful mind, and so interconnected with himself and his desires. Sooo moving! Thank you Jay for this platform.

I’ve proudly been a fan of Michael B. Jordan’s ever since he starred in Parenthood as Haddie Braverman’s boyfriend, Alex. Watching him star in Black Panther, the Creed trilogy and others, my pride - in being a fan of his - has only deepened. He’s brilliant both creatively and intellectually, down-to-earth, wise, kind, driven, and well grounded in who he is while constantly striving to better himself. Although I’ve never and will never have the privilege of meeting him, I’m thoroughly convinced that if the world had more men like Michael, it would truly be an infinitely better place. You’re awesome, Michael, and I pray that one day you’ll find a woman worthy to be called your wife 😊
My favorite moment of the interview was probably when he said that the best thing about being him is being an uncle. As an aunt, of nearly two years, I strongly relate to that beautiful truth ❤️

Such an amazing interview. Michael seemed so comfortable to express himself. I’ve watched many of Michael B. Jordan interviews and this one was the absolute best. He really gave us insight to another side of him. He’s family-oriented, a dreamer, sometimes lonely, driven, successful. Honestly, I’ve never related more to someone. I love the realness of this interview ❤

Jay, you have a beautiful gift of bringing out the human in people we simply labeled celebrities. We see a truth in them like no other chat/ interview could do and can now with a pure heart say "I love that guy" because you helped us see a side to them that we wouldn't have known. They seem so chilled and one can now easily say, omw he's such cool people, I could hang out with this guy as opposed to the clichè, I'd totally go see him and get an autograph. We appreciate your gift and your work. Shout out to you and your team.

Thought-provoking & well needed interview! He seems like such a deep person that doesn’t have anyone who he can regularly bounce his thoughts & expressions off on. I pray he finds his person and his people where he can connect with them on that emotional & intellectual level.
