I am soon to be 62. This conversation between the two of you young gentlemen is so very heartwarming and brings much hope and faith.
I’ve watched the change in my grown 4 kids and their generation lead the change in making sure they have a healthy life/work balance. Thats so different than the generation I grew up in. That’s not something we talked about as much.
To see your generation strive to take it farther and be the change that I believe our world needs and open up healing for the next generation. I can’t wait to see what doors this opens for my grandchildren’s generation.
Thank you for being the change our world needs. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and soul.❤

Michael B. Jordan is a person of good character and grace. I love how he keeps his connections and friendships discreet. People around the world have grown to love themselves so much that they are willing to sell their souls and privacy for money. As the proverb goes, a lion does not roar after it eats. Jay, you have a beautiful gift of bringing out the human in people we simply labeled celebrities. We see a truth in them like no other chat/ interview could do and can now with a pure heart say "I love that guy" because you helped us see a side to them that we wouldn't have known. They seem so chilled and one can now easily say, omw he's such cool people, I could hang out with this guy as opposed to the clichè, I'd totally go see him and get an autograph. We appreciate your gift and your work. Shout out to you and your team.

What a beautiful, open, honest conversation. This is the epitome of vulnerability = strength. I don’t often see interviews of Michael like this so it was very cool to have a window into his thoughts and views. Kudos to Jay for creating a space in which we can learn from each other!

I cannot wait for part 2! Michael is so genuine and so humble that it’s hard to believe he’s in the same environment as so many broken people in Hollywood

This episode was enlightening to hear Michael B. Jordan speak in his truth, honesty, graciousness, and openness about all things related to life and his personal journey left me feeling grateful and ecstatic! There is a lot of love, passion, respect, and responsibility permeating throughout this interview. I’m proud of him for showing us how to move and be a more conscious collective. He is a wise soul. You are too Jay! Thank you so much for sharing this experience with us! 😊

I can certainly relate to trying to get away from everyone's expectation of perfection. Everyone's human and makes mistakes.Great interview.

I’ve proudly been a fan of Michael B. Jordan’s ever since he starred in Parenthood as Haddie Braverman’s boyfriend, Alex. Watching him star in Black Panther, the Creed trilogy and others, my pride - in being a fan of his - has only deepened. He’s brilliant both creatively and intellectually, down-to-earth, wise, kind, driven, and well grounded in who he is while constantly striving to better himself. Although I’ve never and will never have the privilege of meeting him, I’m thoroughly convinced that if the world had more men like Michael, it would truly be an infinitely better place. You’re awesome, Michael, and I pray that one day you’ll find a woman worthy to be called your wife 😊
My favorite moment of the interview was probably when he said that the best thing about being him is being an uncle. As an aunt, of nearly two years, I strongly relate to that beautiful truth ❤️

I’m in the moment of definition so I appreciate the reminder, and I ultrastand the deep moments of aloneness yet connected to family and purpose at the same time. I’m starting to feel that this is an extreme path but the middle path is a path of balance and peace . I think both paths are ok just different. It’s good to choose consciously and except what comes. Life is great joy and great suffering we must sit and witness it all . BE LOVE 💗

Oh man, getting to know Mr. Jordan's and everything he stands for, of course briefly with what little and yet impactful things he had to share has been very helpful. I'm very glad he directed Creed 3 because it highlighted one of the issues that don't have much volume, men's mental health and getting a little bit of that. It's been such a pleasure listening and learning.

I have never cried from a podcast and Jay shetty brought that out of me with the amazing Michelle Obama, jay you are amazing and keep on doing what you are doing and I can't wait to listen to this conversation with Michael b Jordan, very insightful and listenable and intuned.
I got edit I'm only 17 minutes in and Michael is dropping so many gems, the one about how "people go you got money and fame stop complaining" I just roll my eyes at those people
Man edit again how do you answer a question what a gem Michael
Edit again, humble champions I love that, nice jay

The conversation was profoundly moving to me. In a positive way. As a woman in her 30’s who has focused on career/finances/stability, i struggle with the loneliness that it has come with. Now more then ever , i want to live more. Travel. & hopefully find a life partner. ❤ to know someone as accomplished as MBJ feels the same is, honestly comforting. & motivating that im not missing out. ❤

My story is identical to yours..I am 35 and I am now realizing that I need to live more and explore other places..which I am also praying leads into me finding my spouse/life partner. I also find it comforting that MBJ is experiencing the same.

There's something distinctly special about this man that is so refreshing. Wishing him success in all he sets his mind and hand to.
Side note...tell him to try visiting Botswana as well. I think he'd like it. And if he ever does, I would love to meet him and pick his brain.

I love Michael “Bae” Jordan since we were kids. I truly pray that the Divine Partner that will create balance and peace in his life comes to him when he’s ready. Being a visionary is often a solitary experience, but the right person who can build with him is out there. Also we welcome you to Ghana! Maybe your wife is over here 😊!

Something else i also appreciated hearing from him is being of service. I have a non profit organisation called Centre of Hope. I always say to people who want to form part of it, is that they need to have a heart of servitude. It shouldn't always be about what we can gain from the world and everyone, but it should be about how we can be of service with our minds, hearts, gifts, etc to create the change the change we want to see.
