Hi buddy! I'm new on Jammit, I did the download of the desired music but I don't understand how I export the audio to listen out of Jammit. Are you using some DAW program to record the drums? Can you help me?
You can import the backing track in Audacity: Go to "File", "Import", and select "RAW Data" In the search box, go to C:/Users/(computer name)/AppData/Local/Jammit Note: "AppData" is a hidden folder. Then in the Jammit folder, enter the only folder inside it. You'll find a lot of folders with random names, each one contains the data of a single song you have in the library. You can deduce what is the song in that folder by looking for the Line 6 guitar patches, they have the name of the song. If you did not purchase the guitar version of the song, you'll have to find the desired folder by trial and error. Anyway, find a file that ends with "_jcfx_d", there is usually 2 of those files in every folder, the isolated instrument track and the backing track. Import the file as RAW Data with the following settings: Encoding: Signed 16 bit PCM Byte order: Little-endian Channels: 2 Channels (Stereo) Export the track as WAV or MP3 and there you have it!
Thats how it should be done! Great sound and performance;)
Great cover man! It’s a very busy and deceptive song for a drummer and you nailed it 🙏🏻
