That's awesome to hear because it felt weird to try and make meal prep videos when I wasn't meal prepping that much anymore. But know we have found a good groove of eating out a few times, some healthy and some not and then also prepping for just a 3-4 days with more variety. So again, glad to hear change can be a good thing!

this is my favorite meal prep channel, glad you're back, congrats on your wedding! I have an instant pot that is almost identical to yours, I saute my chicken in the same pot then set it to slow cook. saves time & dirtying and extra pan 🙂
