I felt that.

Yes eating for gains how much juice do you use too all these guy use juice lots of juice they are cool to see but they are cheating all of them are eating like crazy yes I love my food I need it to grow but to get that big that fast il need to cycle a lot of juice 🎉 dianabol Decca durabolin sustinan or testosterone following with some oxymetholone timoxyfen and proviren then some clomid and pregnol for my pct the stanizolol or winstrol with some test suspension to the shoulders and tren to the bumm then another pct so don't let these guys tell you they don't use steroids it's so fucking obvious they do 🎉

I hate eating, it makes me sick. I used to eat 1000 calories a day when I was obese and now I’m eating 3,500 it’s getting easier but it hurts.
@@RocArio Agreed it's cool when I started out but eventually metabolism slows down and I'm not hungry at all and so have to allmost force myself to eat because my body needs it
Since I was born, I've never thought that I'll need an eating motivation LOL
Haha😄😆😭😂me too
Anyone can eat garbage it's eating for purpose with the right amount
Lol🤣🤣🤣💔
Wtf are you talking about. Eating is the easiest part
Me too lol
"You don't become where you want. You become where your habits take you." As a 37-year-old with two young boys, it doesn't stop me from pushing my limits, and I am stronger now than in my early 30s. Not on this level, of course, but it is motivating-much respect for those who do.
You are still in your 30s...
@@Bojan849
Yes, I am in my 30s, 37 to be exact, but when raising a family, lifting is not the primary focus when it comes to the stabilization of a home and raising children, and building wealth.. There is a balance that you do not seem to understand. Regardless, I push my boundaries, and doing me. Wish you the best.
@@ebear4015 I do not see any lifts on your channel btw.
@@Bojan849
I don't have a UA-cam channel? What is your point, that I don't lift because I don't have videos?
@@ebear4015 oK MY man... I am tired, so I'll believe you... If I wasn't, I would ask for a video... even 114 lbs is very high... check out this video, and you will see.. even monsters have a problem with only one 100kgs (220lbs) repetition, so I am a bit sceptical about your claim... ua-cam.com/video/9gZAaOwJJ94/v-deo.html and btw. I did 8 repetitions, not one, so it means that I can lift much more... and that was a year ago.. I did not do new recod videos since, but I will soon...
I know the feeling. You can see it on their faces, the misery of eating when you're full. Always been the hardest part for me.
You just gotta flush it down with more water, tea or juice. It’s painful but that really helps
@@JA-qu8mm That certainly helps, drink some liquid while eating.
Always feel like shitting all day. That’s the worst part
Lies again? AMG OMG
They didn’t mention pushing insulin to force all that crap into the muscle.
When I started working out, my two main mistakes were lack of sleep and not eating enough (not being in a caloric surplus). I always thought I was eating enough and was disappointed because my weight stagnated. Then I got my first diet plan created (I think it was from helper Next Level Diet). I realised that my previous food intake was way below my needs, although I thought I'm good. At the beginning it was hard to eat 3500 kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier.
dont bulk bro its not worth it, you can get similar gains with lean look
oh yes man, the same for me, had the same trouble with food. i wish too that this experience came earlier to me.
What about sleep
@@dillonmcculley8224 No, greg doucette is stupid asf. You really think you can gain weight magically without a surplus? Lets say I want to gain 20 lbs of muscle, perhaps you could gain 3 or 4 pounds by burning body fat, but eventually the body becomes stubborn and you run out of fat to use. At that point you then need to bulk. Also, if you are natural, you will not gain significant muscle or strength while maingaining. The only time maingaining works is if you are complete gym noob, or a complete steroid noob. Watch ppl who actually know what they are talking about like Mike Israetel. Greg Doucette is delusional
@@nathanwagester6665 yep. Greg's bullshit about maingaining has unfortunately convinced many people...

I'm just a hobby body builder but winning the biggest battle is the one with yourself everyday is so damn true. I don't eat nearly as much as those guy but already eating your 3.5k calories consistently day in day out and clean is rough but it feels amazing every time you do
A bodybuilder by definition is someone who builds muscle through exercises so technically anyone who does strength training is a bodybuilder

I gained 2 pounds. And eating is the most difficult part for me. I weigh 181 now. But shit. All the protein shakes, steaks and chicken I eat I figured I would pack it on a lil easier. But I really enjoy going to the gym
I needed this video. Trying to bulk up but struggling to put down the meals. Thanks for the inspiring video. "Eat for purpose and not for pleasure"
Quick tip. Half a scoop of protein powder with every meal to start. That's quick and easy calorie + protein.
Bulk cook your chicken bro, buy 10 lb and cook in oven. Look up vids

When I’m having a hard time eating my meals I watch this while I eat to help me put it all down easier. I don’t know why but it helps.
I'm not tryna achieve bodybuilding level but as a gym goer, watching this will help me understand how much I still have to eat to achieve the body I want.
Funny I came across this after watching some fitness videos. I pre made 10 meals earlier today for the week consisting of chicken, ground turkey, green beans, broccoli, and white rice. I’m very excited to shape up my diet and overall protein intake. I turn 30 in 7 months and I’d really like to be proud of the way I look when I do it. I can’t wait to get back in the gym after a couple years off and try to see what I can do, I am more motivated than ever to be the biggest and best I can be.

ive been taking in 5,500-6,000 kCals ED for the past 6 weeks. this video was perfect. also, the eating super high volume gets easier if you stick with it. 4,000 kCals used to make my stomach hurt, now that shit is a lay up.
Good luck when you're getting to the cutting phase. Makes your stomach hurt again, but man it does look nice when you're losing all that body fat :)
6,000? How much do you weigh
How much toilet paper are u using
Why do you eat so much?
@@scerkann3966 i need at least 5k calories to gain a little weight. he probably needs more. depends on the person
''The eating is very important, it's not like an average person.. When we talk about quantities, you can't get this big from snacking a little foods here and there. It's lots of calories, all the time .. consistently. A lot of people don't understand, to keep that size up, it's hard to work just to put this food down.. Because you're not always hungry and you still have to maintain your calorie intake in order to maintain the size.'' -Dennis James #EatingIsTheHardestPart

This very interesting & got me hooked on watching these videos.
I’m day two just binge watching!
Much respect to all the pro bodybuilders who are dedicated to their art.
its no art its madness
What is artistic about steroids?
I remember I tried eating like a body builder before, where I would eat every 2 hours (Oatmeal, egg whites, brown rice, sweet potato, chicken, fish, broccoli) I was big strong and bulky, but never looked very defined, But then I started intermittent fasting and got shredded and still retained some size...
But that's for bulking? Of course, you won't look lean. When it comes close to competition time, the bodybuilders fast to get to as low a body fat percent as possible. They bulk massively so they won't lose a lot during cutting time.
I started hating this type of people they are useless. Wasting energy.
U retained some some size because u earned it by doing ur homework offseason ,

Watching these to increase your appetite works, I don't know how but it just does
We bodybuilders don't eat because we love food. We eat to get big and have the energy and strength to achieve the body's we want.
Great video guys❤❤💪💪
Why is the main ingredient, steroids, avoided in all of these discussions?
@@Peterickenbacker1 because Steriods is not the main ingredient Peter. Steroids is only a small part of bodybuilding. You still have to watch what you eat and you have to eat alot and you have to put in alot of hard work to create the body you want.
It takes alot of hard work and discipline and sacrifice to be a bodybuilder.
But as usual people like you think Steroids does everything. If that was so why do us bodybuilders even train? If steroids do all the hard work, then all we have to do is take a shot, then sit at home eating and do nothing and wait for the results to start kicking in.
Wake up for crying out loud and regurgitating the same dribble over and over again. When you don't know what the hell you're talking about.
FYI, I'm a bodybuilder and No I've never taken Steroids. But I sure as hell dont put anyone down for using them, maybe you should do the same.
If you don't want to use Steroids, fine dont. But stop talking shit about people that do, as it's none of your business brother.
@@scottthorpe1557 Small Part? You believe this crap? 😂
Oh man..i laughed so hard.
Steroids dont have to be used.
Thanks a lot. We need more like this, because we need to eat more.
We need to eat more enhancment drugs and 10000 calories of chicken breasts
Don't forget about the vials and syringes needed to get this big too................😑

Sounds like a good plan u got going there 💪
Great plan, If you're on gear. If natty its a mistake to eat like this or train like this. Unless you're super skinny and trying to gain any type of weight very fast. Its still great you're training and working hard.
@@DSBeats_100 Thank you my friend.
@@AnDy-qv2ks I agree with you, I'm natty and that's why I put small meals within inverted commas. Every small meal consists of 15 - 25 grams of protein. If the time intervals are larger (let's say 3 or 4 hours) it's usually about 20 - 30. I never exceed 30 g of protein a meal unless it's the post workout shake (which I add a little more). I firmly believe I can't absorb more than 30 g of Protein at a time... What do you think? 🙂
@@Nirsterkur nah bro you can absorb as much protein as you can eat. There is no “absorption limit”. How much you can utilize is dependent on your weight, goals, and genetics. If you need 200 grams of protein a day, you could very well eat all of it in one sitting (not recommended as you’d screw with your insulin levels). Concentrate more on hitting your macros rather than amount per meal and interval timing. As long as you’re getting enough in you throughout the day, just follow the meal plan that you can maintain.

Eating is by far hardest part of fitness for me I always had trouble getting in calories so it's super tough for me put on the size I want
Depending on your body eating dirty is the best way healthy food makes you feel fool with less calories
Use supplements like protein shakes and weight gainers if you have to
When I’m done I just bow, and smile for the crowd 😂 bars
This was one of my BIGGEST problems while training. I just couldn't get all the food down that was necessary for my optimal growth. I had gotten up to 6 meals a day totaling around 4,500 - 5,500 calories. My weight was around 275 but, my appetite wasn't increasing and being a truck driver didn't help much either. But, you do have to eat, eat, eat and then EAT some MORE!!😣😓🤢😂👌🏾👍🏾💪🏾
I was long hauler staying out weeks at a time back when there were no gyms on the road like pf no. The buffet bar was my thing. I kept a bike and 50lb dumbells on the truck, peanut butter, raisin bran, and whatever else in my little fridge. It was hard. Keep training and eating my friend, but watch the fat gain as well sitting behind that wheel.
@@chrisneal3909 Indeed, I will and thank you so much for sharing your story. I'm a regional haul guy now and like you, when I was OTR I was mindful as to what I stocked my truck up with in regards to food. Steroids are cool but if you are a natural lifter one of the best things you can do is to study the philosophy of Old-School bodybuilders. Old-School bodybuilders were ingenious physique architects. They had a profound knowledge of the principles of proper nutrition, smart supplementation, exercise science and muscle adaptability. If you combine Old-School bodybuilding wisdom with modern, evidence-based science, it's the best, safest, most effective way in achieving a strong, sexy, healthy and aesthetic physique. Vintage Physique by George Kelly is a nice book on this. It includes 3 lean bulking protocols (diet + training + supplements) depending on your training level.
