A new camera does refresh ones interest in photography. I use Canon 1DX, Sony A7iii and several broadcast and mirrorless cameras with my work. None of them ever compel me to go out and take photos for myself, they are just tools to work with. Last year I purchased a Leica Q3, that camera has completely renewed my photography love, to go out with it and capture the world around me. It is with me all the time. When people say that new gear doesn't help, I say that's pure garbage.

When I get bored shooting with automatic/electronic cameras, I go scouting for locations with a couple of manual/mechanical pinhole cameras and a tripod.

Would you talk about your thoughts on lens hoods, as it doesn't look like you use them?
I think you could make a good video on the topic. UV filter considerations etc...

Im probably the only person on earth who hates rangefinder style cameras. I just think they look ugly and toyish.
